I loved this location! The people were friendly, the store was very clean and organized, the staff was helpful and the guy who rang me up was not pushy, but even convinced me to open a card. I will be back.

DO NOT purchase from Athleta. They have horrible customer service and I have been working for 6+ months to get refunded for a package that was never delivered to me. I was home waiting for it and it never came. After emailing and calling many times, speaking with many agents, and then finally disputing it with my credit card company, Athleta has still refused to issue a refund. I have been a long-time customer who spends thousands of dollars per year there and this horrible customer service ensures I will not purchase from them again. Buyer beware! Definitely go to Vuori, Nordstrom, Bylt, Lululemon instead!

Lots of variety and anything sports related. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Loving the various selections of sweaters and the new colors are fun!

Came in the store to get an outfit for my kickball league. Everyone in the store was so helpful and nice. I miss good customer service, it felt nice! ?

Heath is AMAZING! Heath truly knows the products and made wonderful recommendations, was not pushy just provided suggestions or alternatives which was lovely. I will only be visiting this store in the Dallas-Ft worth area from now on.

Fantastic customer service. The store is always clean, stocked and organized. Taylor and Heath are the absolute best! They make wonderful, helpful recommendations and are not pushy. This is my favorite store to job because of their incredible customer care!

First time at an Athlete store and it was a great experience. The associates were very friendly and helped me to get the right gear for my love one. A good variety of clothes for running, yoga, or hiking.

My women's trousers came and I like everything about them BUT they came out of the package with wrinkles that will not come out with washing and drying ( according to directions)WHY??????

This is my first time ever shopping at Athleta. I was greeted by Heath, I explained what I was looking for and help grabbed a few pair of pants for me. He was very attentive. As I tried on pants he gave honest feedback. I will return to buy more for the summer.

I haven’t been very impressed with this Athleta storefront. I came in earlier this year to buy some items. I tried them on the fitting room to make sure the fit. When I got to the register, the cashier asked me if I knew I got a certain size (sports bra/D-DD size). It seemed rude to me, almost like she was suggesting I needed a smaller size. I brushed it off and left.I came here again recently to make some returns/exchanges, and a lady came immediately to me and asked if I was just browsing. It was a weird assumption to me because I wasn’t… I told her I had some items I needed to return and was looking to see if they had the items in stock in different sizes. She looked at me awkwardly and then didn’t offer to help me. Very weird. She also kept following me around in the store, I assumed to make sure I wasn’t stealing. It was raining pretty heavily all day, so I was dressed in comfy, casual clothes. Let’s just say I didn’t look the usual clientele (probably Highland Park stay at home wives), so i couldn’t help but think that played a factor. I love Athleta clothing and buy their clothing frequently. Once I checked out, she didn’t even tell me goodbye… I will stick to the Athleta in North Park and pass on this location.

When I walked in there were two men wearing womens active wear. The slinky kind top and bottom. I couldn't look. I got a side view, sort of. It's inappropriate. I had hopes the other guy was more "secured" but no. He was flopping all over. Really terrible. This isn't cedar springs, y'all! LOL. It's Highland Park. Put yer packages in a different not-so-flimsy fabric. What are you thinking.
