I don’t normally review stores in a mall because they can get so busy and I don’t ever want to put a bad review for staff who can’t always control the environment. I am breaking this rule because I had such a positive experience with Deja who greeted us with an amazing smile, positive attitude and was ready to help. I forgot the name of the product I saw online but when I described it Deja knew exactly what it was and brought me to the rack and helped me find my size. All of my questions got answered and I felt like even though it was a busy Saturday right after Christmas, everyone at the store was professional and on top of it! The store was very organized and clean which was saying a lot for a busy Saturday during the holidays. I’m so impressed! Deja could sell me anything at this point I trust her judgement completely!

Clean and organized store. I walked in early in the morning on a Saturday and the manager told me they don’t accept alterations on weekends. Kinda made it seem like they were doing me a favor when I bought from this brand in the first place. If you don’t want to feel indebted to the service staff then I recommend shopping at Lululemon instead. Charging the same price as Lululemon but the service attitude is not as good.I gave an average rating since they did ultimately take my hemming job. However I was never contacted when it was done- I had to do a little guess game on when to pick up.

I had a somewhat complicated return today and Kamrin took care of everything. I was anxious and trying to figure out two online orders and two in store orders/returns exchanges I had done. Kamrin was so helpful and knowledgeable about the Athleta return process and she was able to resolve it all, with excellent customer service and communication skills. Thank you, Kamrin — I really appreciate you!

Terrible location. Just go to the one on oak lawn instead. I came the first time and had a good experience with the young Black girl working. I came to return something and the customer service was terrible. She told me I could return to my debit card because it's a replacement card and told me I could only get store credit which makes zero sense and i believe she was the manager, which makes it even worse than she didn't know how to do a return. I have done so before at other stores. Reached out to customer service and they confirmed that I could return to my current card and asked me to go back to the store and call them if I had any problems. North park is crazy and I already wasted my time here on Saturday so I came to the one on Oak Lawn. Told them what happened and they immediately knew how to fix my issue. Great customer service from all of the ladies at the Oak Lawn location. I won't be back to this one. It's not even worth the hassle of trying to park.

Was in town visiting and I like to check out all the different athletas when I visit other towns. This is by far the best athleta I have ever been too! Leyanna helped me with recommendations on the t shirts and long sleeves I was looking for!! She went above and beyond to ask questions and guide me to what I was looking for. Amazing experience!!

I came into this Athleta because of the decent reviews. But I had the most unpleasant and disappointing experience. Needless to say, I’m no longer a customer.When I first entered the store, I was carrying some clothes I’m planning to return from an online purchase. The clothes sounded off the sensors, so the store associate by the store, took my bag without asking and took out all of my clothes one by one. I understand the sensors went off and I think it would be fine if she had asked first. After checking everything without permission, she then asked what I came in for. Overall she wasn’t friendly.At that time another associate came to help, but she wasn’t able to help me for what I came in for. I came because a pair of leggings I bought a year ago started coming apart. An online rep told me the store could evaluate it and possibly give me a refund regardless of purchase date. However, that’s not what I was told in the store. So I’m getting different information from athleta, I wouldn’t have came into the store if they weren’t going to help me as promised.In addition, I now know that their leggings do not hold up for just one year.

Wrong operation hours on Google, today I arrived at 7:25 PM on Friday and the doors were locked, from far an employee was still there but did not open the door!

A bit overdue but I want to give a big shoutout to Haneen and Dominique who truly understand customer service. When a gift card wouldn’t work, they took the time to figure it out and help my teenage daughter. I have since been back to the store and in a less tense situation, Haneen once again offered terrific customer service. I didn’t know how to pass this feedback on thru the Athleta management team so I hope they will see this and congratulate their employees on terrific customer service which is hard to find these days!

I love Athleta products. I own everything from bras, pants, tops, etc. I'm not shopping there again. Today was the second time they have refused to return or exchange a product, even with receipt. Leggings are too expensive to have that poor of customer service. I purchased in store, 2 months ago. They told me, in the future, I should email them to ensure they would accept them. ?

I called this evening thinking a sales discount wasn’t applied to my in-store purchase, but it was actually my mistake because the particular color of the item I purchased wasn’t included in the sale. I just wanted to post a positive review because both of the store employees I talked to were incredibly gracious and kind. I don’t know if they’ll see this or not, but I appreciated them looking into the issue and being professional even though I ended up being wrong. It’s a very busy time of year for retail, so I really appreciate their help.
