I gave my business card to the physical therapist who worked on me the most in case any questions came up regarding billing or insurance. They then threw it in the trash and made a joke about it to one of their coworkers in front of me while other staff members and clients were present. I then received a late fee about a year later after changing my forwarding address and moving out of state. I had to explain what happened and still pay the extra fee.* If you are having a bad day or something, please don't make a client's life any harder by being rude to them. That day was my last appointment. I am appreciative, however, of the staffs' knowledge and rehabilitation of my concussion and knee injury. Most of the staff there were nice and helpful, but that 1 experience was disappointing and ended up costing me later.Hopefully writing this prevents an ATI staff member from putting their next client into an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation like that.Regards.

The Ladies here are very nice and professional. I made lots of progress thanks to Ali, she paid so much attention to my injury when nobody else would. I got use to being in so much pain so I could really appreciate whoever made it better.

DO NOT come here, Mesquite location is absolutely useless and charge you and your insurance outrageous amounts for nothing !!!! call the customer service and you get nothing but rude people that don't listen just talk over you and why does it sound like every rep does not understand English ?????

I have started going there for sciatic pain that has gotten worse recently for me. the gals there at the Lemon Ave location are so understanding and compassionate about my limitations. I've only been there for three appointments now and I have seen improvement in my physical capabilities already. it's chill and laid back, I don't feel pressured over exert myself and are considerate enough to let you know if you're pushing yourself too hard. definitely worth the copay.

This is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever experienced. It is fully equipped, and has some of the best therapists who care about each patient. There is always someone guiding you through the exercises and there is never a lapse of time waiting for your therapist to finish with one patient to get to you. It is a seamless operation and I was given continuous exercises as my movements improved. It also is lighthearted with music and conversation and laughs. Undoubtedly, the best!

I feel that I am getting adequate treatment to help treat my injuries. The physical therapist here really do show they care about my health and show empathy to my pain.

My experience has been great. I love my therapist Ally, she’s a 10/10!! The office has a positive calm vibe, I feel comfortable, all the staff are welcoming and down to earth. I highly recommend this location.
