Called about getting a wallbox jukebox repaired. Guy on the phone said yes they can do that. Took it to them, explained what was wrong and paid them a $195 diagnostic fee. Kept it for four weeks and everytime I called said they were looking for parts. Same story every week when I called. Finally, after four weeks went back and picked it up. (They never called the entire time) The only thing that I saw that they did was cut off the power cord and replace it with another. They still had NO IDEA what was wrong. I will never recommend this "company" to anyone.

Sam is the kindest, smartest guy. Practically lept out of his chair to say hi, shake my hand and ask what we needed....

Is there lower than 1 star feedback??? Biggest ripoff, they charge $25 dollars to supposedly diagnose something then offer a part to fix the problem with a cost of at least 5 times as much as you can buy the parts online. I asked them to tell me what’s was their diagnostic and they said “you have a few components that are bad” is like taking your car to a mechanic and they tell you... yeap, something is wrong with your car and we need to replace the engine. I know where NOT to ever go again.

They repaired my older model Harmon Kardon stereo that I didn’t get much use out of when I purchased it years ago. I think that the price for the repair was fair. They were very nice and courteous as well. Thank you Atlas Electronics!

I was referred to Atlas Electronics for a unique problem I had. I had a chandelier from Australia that didn't work with the US electrical currency. After some discussion Sam, we agreed the best solution was to rewire the chandelier. He was super nice and helpful. He rewired the chandelier within a week and the charge was reasonable. He even referred me to a person to help install it. Thanks Sam.

I've used this electronic repair shop for several years! They don't make quality electronics any longer. They keep my old stuff running like new that's the only option. They have repaired fog machines, TVs amongst other items for me. Excellent customer service. Outstanding turn around. They call before making the repairs with the price so your not taken back with a big bill. I'll always come back

This was the only company closest to where I live that could fix a Kodak 4400 Carousel Projector. The one I had inherited did not work after 30+ year of collecting dust, so I sent it to Atlas Electronics and said my prayers. Fortunately, they were able to repair it pretty quickly! You have to pay for your own shipping if you're out of state, but it was totally worth it!!! In fact, I believe this is the only company in the western states that fixes these types of projectors, so I lucked out.

Took my Optoma projector there a while back because of a fan lock error pop up that causing it to immediately shut down. It’s been about 3 months since then and I hadn’t had a problem since. They were quick to ship out my projector back to me and I was very pleased with the pricing offered here.

I bought a TV from this shop. Saved a lot of money on the price & so far the TV works great. The friendly staff even threw in a free antenna to tune in local channels. Buying a used TV is a very environmentally friendly move. Keep TV's out of landfils.

So far so good. I had a 65 inch Samsung that had an issue with a couple of parts. The folks at Atlas were able to find me a reasonable solution to allow me not to have to scrap the five year old Samsung. I've been using it for a couple of days now and runs as good as new. They keep you informed every step of the way and run a very honest business. Hopefully I won't have an issue with my electronics again but if I did I would highly recommend these folks.

My Epson projector needed a new auto iris. Atlas Electronics was able to get my repair done same day and did the job for less money than what the Epson dealer wanted to charge me. Thank you for the great service. This is the best shop in Dallas

experienced and knowledgeable, no doubt, but beware as they are making a lot of money off your electronic ignorance. Case and point, charged me just under $300 to replace the color wheel in my optoma projector. After the replacement went out in a few months I was able to replace it myself for around $38 and 1.5 hours

I'm rarely impressed, this guys went above and beyond to help me out. Professional in a cool ambiance no pressure. They explain to you in a way that even a drunk would understand. They do not try oversell stuff you do not need. Price to fix my device was below what other place where quoting me.
