The employees here are not too knowledgeable with different phone devices . Understaffed also . Tried to return a phone here for insurance claim they said they would take my phone but they could not provide me with a receipt

Pretty bad customer service tbh. Went in to see about trading a device/upgrading my phone and the female associate just seemed over it or like she didn’t want to help. Super cold, and almost like she was annoyed by any questions we had. Made my decision to swap carries to T-Mobile a pretty clear one.

Working with At&t is frustrating on all levels. The assistant manager, Daniel helped but I still had issues. If you are wanting a seamless and easy process, At&t is not it. All departments gave differing and incorrect information and it took nearly 9 hours to get all of my services issues resolved and setup. Not only did I miss two days of work but was beyond stressed when it was all over. In fact, I'm still dealing with the aftermath due to delivery issues.

I went in to this new store trying to transfer my phone to my husband’s plan. The staff refused to help me and sent me home with a link without any further explanation. The account I was previously on already had the permission to transfer and the other AT&T rep had told me to just go in to the store with my husband and show my ID and they would be able to help me in store. The representatives at this store, just gave me a link and refused to pull up my account or listen to me about showing my ID and sent me on my way. I do not recommend this store. They are not helpful and quite rude.

Recently visited this store with my father to buy a new iPhone. I was instantly greeted with such kindness from all staffs. Cisco was the staff that took care of us. Cisco was truly knowledgeable and authentic in explaining the products catering to my needs & wants. Such information made my purchase a much easier decision in the end.

If you are looking for an AT&T location that has in-depth tech knowledge as well as heightened insight to point you in the right direction with your phone plan, this is the place to go. Specifically, the employee Ruben. He helped us out greatly and rewrote the wrong treatment we had at the AT&T oak lawn location. Ruben was just all around great vibes and we left happy because of him.

Staff inside at least the day and time I had scheduled an appointment were SUPER attentive, professional and Texan friendly. She answered my out of the box questions immediately, keeping it simple for me.

We are very happy to have had Francisco Muniz Sales Consultant helping us in the several transactions we had to do buying I phone 15. He was outstanding, very courteous, knowledgeable, a true asset to AT&T. He went beyond his sales duties helping us to set up the new phone and made us confortable with the equipment.
