went in purchased the 16.....2 of them, of course our phones did not qualify for the discount... they tell us the store will receive them monday or tuesday.... then only one of the phones shows up on my doorstep....my wife goes into the store to activate....they are shorthanded and too busy to help her. I have been on the line for 45 minutes trying to figure out where the other phone is.... very sloppy. very unprofessional. Only one person working from 7-8. did not help my wife and did not answer the phone. very poor management.
UPDATE: WAITED ON THE PHONE FOR 45 MIN THIS MORNING AND THEY COULD NOT TRACK MY PHONE DELIVERY. WENT TO ATT TRACKING WEBSITE....IT WAS DUE TO ARRIVE YESTERDAY. THE TRACKER SHOWS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED YET. SO THE DISAPPOINTMENT JUST CONTINUES.
WEDNESDAY UPDATE: NO PHONE. NO TRACKING. NO CONTACT BY AT&T. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
UPDATE: 3PM WEDNESDAY. NO PHONE. NO TRACKING. CALLED STORE. THEY SAID THEY HAD NO IDEA. ASKED FOR MANAGER. SAID HE WAS "OFF DUTY " AT THE MOMENT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO MANAGEMENT. PRETTY PATHETIC.
DAY 7 NO PHONE.
NO CONTACT.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
TERRIBLE STORE.
REALLY PATHETIC.

DAY 8. NO UPDATE. NO CONTACT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO PHONE. NO CALL FROM STORE. NO MAKE GOOD. NOTHING.
FINALLY CALLED THE AT&T SUPPORT LINE (45 MIN) THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION DID NOT FINISH THE SET UP ON MY ACCOUNT. SO AT&T DID NOT SHIP THE PHONE. THESE EMPLOYEES KNOW NOTHING AND ARE INCOMPETENT.

The female with the attitude was really unhelpful in a condescending way. She could not be bothered to get out of her chair. Not recommended at all! Was just trying to purchase a new phone, which I was able to do at the store around the corner with much better attitudes!

It was my first time creating an account with AT&T and Moises was very helpful w/ making the process so much simpler than I was expecting. Within 30 minutes I was able to do everything I needed and I really appreciated his pleasant attitude the whole time

I absolutely love this AT&T store, the customer service is outstanding. My customer service rep Elton was phenomenal. He greeted me with a big smile as soon as I walked in the door. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all of AT&T’s products, services, and promotions. I wish I could give him and this AT&T store more than 5 stars. Thank you Elton for a wonderful experience.
