Mason at this location was very helpful. Usually it’s a hassle coming in to the phone store. He made the service quick and easy and was very informative. I recommend anyone to go to this location if you need help.

It wasn't his fault. Store was understaffed and then he couldn't provide the replacement screen protector because the initial person I bought it under(at an ATT store) didn't log the sale under my number - so there was no receipt. Absolutely ridiculous. I purchased it for $50 and was told lifetime replacements at the Att store... now because an Att employee didn't cash it out correctly I have to go to Zappo(or whatever the name is) to get a warranty. Bait and switch -

Despite the store being about to close, the woman working that closing shift on Saturday went above and beyond in figuring out the problem I was having and then fixing my problem.

I had a very disappointing experience at this AT&T store. Upon entering, the employee was on a FaceTime call and did not greet or acknowledge us. It wasn’t until her manager walked out that she ended the call and casually apologized, saying, "Hi, how can I help you?"
We inquired about the availability of the iPhone 16 Pro Max in black, and she informed us that the last one had been sold by her manager. We then asked to see the gold model, but she was reluctant to assist, claiming she couldn’t remove it from the display. We asked if we could return the next day to purchase it, should the black model be available, but she informed us they wouldn’t have any iPhones in stock until Tuesday.
During our visit, her friend called her again, and she took the call, leaving us waiting unattended. As we were leaving, she muttered something under her breath. Her manager, a woman, was equally unhelpful and unfriendly. She didn’t offer assistance or acknowledge us as she saw her employee being unprofessional.
This store felt empty and unkempt. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
