I highly recommend this AT&T location for its exceptional service. Following a conversation with customer service, I reached out to Kimberly to confirm product availability and schedule an appointment. To my delight, the entire process, from entering the store to completing the service, took under 15 minutes.Although I wasn't thrilled about add-ons being added to my account without consent, the overall helpfulness of the staff overshadowed this concern. If you're seeking efficient and supportive service, this location is a great choice.

I’m posting a couple days late. But this week it was time to get a new phone. My dad helps me out with my payments still so when we went in, we both had questions to make sure we knew what we were getting. Jesse, who was working both days I went in, was VERY helpful. He Sat there and answered any stupid questions we both had. He Walked my dad and I through the new phone and process of getting it set up. I was nervous to receive my phone via mail as I had no clue how to set it up. But Jesse made sure he sent me home with a few ways to easily set up my new pink IPhone 15 PLUS in less than 1 hour. I had to come back to the store when my new phone came in and Jesse helped me clear my old phone, find a case for me and even put on my camera lenses and phone protector. I’ve always had nothing but great service here- but Jesse was amazing and I’ll definitely be back if I have any other questions ( not that I will have questions since Jesse helped out a lot )Thanks again! This place is way way way understaffed. Only one guy in there working. Sitting with two people. I am the only other person that walks in. NO acknowledgment that I'm even there. NO, I will be with you soon. NOTHING! I stand there for 15 minutes and finally just gave up. Att is no longer worth it. Your customer service at this location has turned me off for good.

I can honestly say the customer service at this store was AWESOME! I went inside to do one thing, but came out with getting the best deals and services that I've ever had in years. Josue customer service was Outstanding, I would definitely give him 5 stars because he was very patient, friendly and professional!!! The Manager Karyme, she was so AMAZING as well. The both of them provided great quality services which made my decision making easy. I am most definitely a satisfied customer who walked away very happy. Other stores could really learn from the two of them because they take their time to help you understand your purchases with every detail needed. I recommend this store on Greenville to everyone!! Josue and his Manager are Fantastic!!?

Christopher was so helpful, this was such a great experience, I didn't think I was going to go there anymore but found out today that Courtney girl is no longer working there, so this is my only store.. AT&T is so much better off without her. I've needed help with something for a year on my phone that no one could help, and the team at that store figured it out in 5 minutes..

Moises and Christian at the Greenville store could not have been more friendly, informed and patient with me today as I went through all 3 of my AT&T accounts and bought a new phone. They solved about 5 different issues that have been on my to-do list forever- and I only thought I’d get one addressed today. You’re the best, guys- thank you!

Went in for help unlocking my phone and the sales person told me to do it online. I sat outside the store to do it online and it wouldn’t work and went back in to ask for help again and he refused to help and said I had to call customer service. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Young girl named Courtney would even give the time of day to help me which carriers and buy a new phone. I was bothering her from her TikTok. Another woman walked in who was trying to pick up a phone and told me that Courtney had continued to hang up on her and would not provide the mangers info.
