Just got to store for help with my phone. Only one sales person here. He was helping 2 customers and told me he’d be with me soon. I waited 10-15 minutes. A young woman walked in and walked straight to salesman and he fixed her broken screen and then she walked right past me and left. OK. Quick fix. Then a young man walked in and again walked straight to salesman and told him what he was needing. I walked out and will find another store to help me.

I went in to add cell service to my internet plan, and was helped immediately. Gabriel was great and answered all my questions, and had me on my way in no time. Highly recommended.

Giving 4 stars for their level of patience and their willingness to admit when they are in over their head. Despise the fact that I've been on the phone with Customer Service for the last 5 days and yet, the brick & mortar store had no record of the problems I'm experiencing on my account.

Do not got this store they are con artist. I went in to this store to pay taxes on my phone I ordered . They canceled my complete order so they could the get commissions for my phones I originally ordered. The customer service was horrible the Hispanic Manager and Hispanic sales associates are crooks. Stay away from this store.

The lady that I experienced appeared to have no intentions of helping me at all. Appeared to be more interested in fellow employees than helping with my needs. If I had known from the beginning that she had an issue with helping me, wouldn’t have turned down the an employee that asked if anyone was helping me after he finished with his customer. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting on her to come back and finish helping me

We had a complicated order, 4 phones and a watch, adding a line 4 my watch and wanting air buds and then changing my mind but we had a very patient person helping us. Her name is Ileen and she went above and beyond for us. She even connected my watch to its own line. I would definitely recommend the AT&T store in Casa Linda shopping center. And ask for Ileen.
