Absolutely rude. This guy named Ken feels he owns the store. Don't expect any respectful customer service from him unless you are white. Black dude but a total sell out. Absolutely no knowledge of customer service. I don't know how they qualify people for jobs these days. I guess they hire anyone off the streets. If he is the store manager like he claimed to be, that is so unfortunate for the owner of this store. I simply asked him why another employee gave me a different answer when I came there before, he said I was attacking him for asking that question. I was like ??

This store has given me the wrong information while rolling from a pre paid to a regular line.
1) I was told I’m not able to keep my prepaid number so I was essentially forced to get a new number
2) after getting a new number now for 2 and half months and the store shredding my old SIM card, my old pre paid number is still getting charged (twice)
3) he added an insurance on a new phone I got so that “I can pay my phone off in 18 months instead of a year” which was a lie. It was for a commission $ and for me to be able to get an early upgrade which I was not educated about
4) I was told I can pay off the phone within 18 months which was a lie, it’s a 3 year contract
Today, I come to the store to speak to store manager, named Jeremy. The guy that works here tells me Jeremy will be gone until the 21st and there will be no management that can help me with my issue since he does not want to involve himself in this “for the sake of keeping his job”. Poor poor customer service! Go to another store and save your heartache guys.

Lindsey was an absolute blessing and a angel! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely deserves a raise of some sort! If y'all are ever on Royal Ave, and need to stop by the AT&T store there, ask for her! She's the best!!!

Absolutely worst experience of my life. One worker had no idea how to help me. The second worker was so rude I walked out of the store. I don't need a bunch of attitude from someone because I took them away from playing on their phone.

CJ was excellent and found a great deal on a car charger. Was very helpful in setting up my sim card. Recommended some tips on taking care of my phone. Please keep CJ. Lol
