Unprofessional and Disrespectful
Audi Dallas – Beach Sewing lost my vehicle key and told me to wait over 30 minutes while they searched for it. I ended up finding the key myself , which shows a complete lack of attention and care.
When I asked the employee to be polite, he told me “if you don’t like my tone, you can leave.” That response was disrespectful and unacceptable, especially after their mistake.
No apology, no accountability, and no customer service. This is not what anyone expects from a luxury brand.

The team here is amazing! I was helped by a number of people-- Alvin helped me on the day that I came in with issues in my car, Cal sold me my car and really took his time with me as I was making decision, Dori was fabulous in explaining all of the financials, Alejandro did an amazing job helping me on the day that I picked up my car, and Brett helped ensure I got the best deal possible.They all took amazing care of me, and did a really good job at making sure I knew my options, and I got the best deals! Could not Audi Dallas enough!

Had to deal with an extended warranty approval process that was not the best, but my Audi representative (Oliver) and the Technician more than made up for the lack of expediency of the extended warranty company I use. Oliver frequently followed up with them, and kept me completely informed the entire time. This gave me the opportunity to plan around the excessive delays generated by the extended warranty company's slow approval process.
Also, the Technician came in early in the morning on a Saturday to complete the repairs on my car so I could pick it up sooner. That is a first-time experience for me, and is a prime example of what it means to go over and beyond!
Thank you Oliver and the entire Audi Team!!!

Matt Troung is an outstanding service technician. He is readily accessible, professional and consistently thoroughly deals with my needs. He's the best technician I have ever dealt with in 65+ years. I value him greatly and feel he is a friend. Whatever you do you need to keep him on your team. I have found that everyone I have met in your dealership is professional, courteous and friendly. They always want to help. Bennie,the driver I had this summer, came up to the coffee bar, remembered my name and greeted me! You have a special team and have done a great job of finding and retaining such outstanding people. Congratulations on your success.
