Bumper to Bumper does not support small business and will cuts off account when you do not spend $500 monthly. Ironically their website does not load or work in order to place orders 90% of the time thus preventing you from ordering online or even searching to see if they have the parts you need. Stuck in constant circle jerk due to this company and their policies to cut you off due to no purchases yet they do nothing to retain you as a customer post problems one after another. They need to hire a website designer to fix their horrible interface firstly, but then again this has always been a terrible place to source parts from and they have now closed my account AGAIN for the 4th time in 8 years so yet again I can not order parts from them when I try to - like every time! I am done dealing with them at this point. Auto Zone and Advanced will GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to help a customer - B2B hates customers.

This is not autoplus! It's bumper to bumper parts. The previous owner filed bankruptcy after using the business as a cash cow to get out of debt from a previous business deal. Then Marco supply bought the property and renamed it. Please update your Google maps. And yes the incident with junior did happen several years ago and since then the place has been robbed several times over. Hhhh.m..... wonder why????

*****DO NOT GO HERE************ This man in this picture represented Auto Plus Auto parts as the “Assistant manager” of their store in such a horrifying manner. “Junior” so he said his name was, got into a physical fight with a customer and also physically damaged that customers property as well. As an employee of Auto plus Auto parts whose mission statement states “INTEGRITY through accountabilityPASSION for world-class customer servicePRIDE in our commitment to our team and to a clean, safe environment”As a manager, he is a a disgrace to Auto Plus auto parts and what the company as a whole stands for. This should not be tolerated nor allowed under no situation nor circumstances.NOT only prior to this situation, after almost a year of purchasing serval items for this place, when called to inquire about a part that had life time warranty I was told “we only sale to shops” , yet I am not a shop. I had my physical receipt, that was flat out a lie. The CUSTOMER SERVICE , communication and how Auto parts allows their “ASSISTANT MANAGERS” to run business is unacceptable. Hopefully no other customer will ever have to go through this with this guy.
