Started out amazing, these guys n gals seemed to help me out and seemed like they wanted to take care of me. Let me explain:
Took my car in to get some body work done paid by the insurance, I drove 4 hours up there do to me having to catch an airplane a few days after the car would be done, they got it done fast and work looked great, the sales rep said “man I drove it has it always shakes like that”, I said no maybe it was from the accident. I turn in my rental car there at the store which was a great feature, and I take my car to get fuel. On my way back from getting fuel the car doesn’t stop and all these lights pop up on the dash, I call the store they tell me bring it back, one my break calipers is missing and they don’t know how. So they offer to fix it at a cost out of my pocket because somehow it wasn’t caused by the wreck. Anyways I pay it cause if not id literally be stuck and wait another week to get my vehicle and have to pay rental car out of my pocket. That shows me they didn’t make sure the car was in safe operating condition before I left and I also notice my black trim around my headlights were loose and ended up flying off.
TLDR: Body work 5 stars, mechanical shop 4 stars, customer service 0 stars you reason I gave 2 star review is cause of body work and final work completed
Reached out to number below and he was rude and the attitude was almost sarcastic.

Highly recommend this place to fix your car for minor or large coalition. The car was ready 2 weeks before the estimated time like new, and they provide lifetime guarantee for the repairs. Ask for Michael Canales, he is a great professional much better person, he knows the inside out of the process and will keep you update and help in many ways. Highly recommended.

My point of contact, Donna, was absolutely amazing. A ray of warm light in a dark unforgiving world. She kept me well informed throughout the whole process and was only too sweet to work with. The work done to my vehicle was top tier, and I love how my vehicle was cleaned, shined and vacuumed; I did not expect that would be a service that was provided.
I would love it if someone could tell her that it was a pleasure working with her, as I was too busy during this ordeal and didn't get a chance to tell her myself. Thank you!
Also if someone could tell that absolutely lovely receptionist at the front desk that I am grateful for her help retrieving my parking tags from the rental car, I would also appreciate that. 10/10 experience, can't wait for my next fender bender!
