Absolutely terrible. Took two and a half months to fix a fender bender, kept promising that milestones would be done only to say they hadn't started yet after the due date passed, terrible communications and consistently raised the price. We finally got the car back to take to our service location for inspection only to have all the alert lights on and another $800 to fix something they missed. Worst experience ever.

10/10 experience - Russell and Jeremy were incredibly helpful throughout the repair process, they were responsive to questions, and they were able to complete the vehicle repairs earlier than the estimated date they originally provided. I have recommended this location to several friends.

After being rear ended while stopped at a RED light, I was assigned Auto Nation Collision. They are BMW certified. I met with my contact (Robert) with no delays.Robert:1. Stated what damage had been done.2. Informed me of what parts were needed.3. Notified me of access damage and parts needed.4. Promised completion date.5. I picked up my car, BMW Z4.6. The paint was matched to perfection, just a beautiful job!It was just that simple. No haggling, no having to chase anyone down, no MIAs.Thank you, Robert and your Team.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They left my window down and allowed my car's interior to be exposed to the elements for a week while we were going back and forth with insurance. I was going to retain the car to salvage but the damage to the interior made it no longer feasible financially since insurance wouldn't cover it. I spoke to the manager Jeremy and said they were not responsible for any damages caused while it was in their possession and declined to compensate me for the damage caused by their negligence. FYI, if you sign their work release while your car is getting inspected by insurance you are releasing them from liability for any damage done to your car while you wait for insurance to determine your car's fate. My adjuster said they even told the shop to cover the window with plastic when they came out to inspect and no one did anything for a week. Do not trust them with your BMW.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with AutoNation on Maple Drive in Dallas. My car was broken into on December 9th, and USAA suggested I take it to this AutoNation location for repairs. Little did I know it would turn into a nightmare.I dropped my car off on December 18th, with promises of regular updates. The initial completion date was set for January 5th, and I adjusted my plans accordingly, taking time off work to avoid rental car fees. The emails reassured me, even claiming they were halfway done by January 2nd.The turning point came on January 3rd when they suddenly extended the completion date to January 12th without any explanation. From that point on, communication ceased, and I had to constantly call for updates.I was told on January 10th that they were waiting for USAA approval to access my dashboard. No call back as promised, and when I called again, the story changed to a possible completion on January 19th. Frustration peaked when I discovered my insurance adjuster couldn't reach their representative.Things only moved forward after I contacted USAA myself. The lack of communication and delays were incredibly frustrating. I had to call on January 22nd to learn my car just needed washing, and the manager's response was lackluster. This ordeal disrupted my life in more ways than one. I'm new to Dallas, and the setback affected my social life and commitments. The staff's incompetence, greed, and lack of empathy left me deeply disappointed. Not only did I have to deal with the trauma of a break-in, but I also faced the stress of being without a vehicle in a new city for over a month. AutoNation on Maple Drive deserves zero stars for their abysmal service.

Michael from AutoNation assisted me when my car was rear ended and required repair. Michael was extremely informative, efficient, and provided consistent communication. He went above and beyond for me and I am truly grateful for his efforts. My car was completed prior to the expected date and it looks perfect.

Good solid work on the car, but they took over three weeks to do the work. I was told that the longest it would take would be two weeks by their rep Jason Gordon. The person who directly oversaw the work, Royce Russell, refused to communicate clearly with me about the status of the repairs as they took place. Apparently, they delayed ordering a headlight and the paint formula for the repairs. Once they received these, the repairs only took about two days. As Mr. Russell said to me on one occasion, "We'll get to the work on your car as we get it into 'the flow' of all the other cars we are working on." In other words, they get the car in there and get to it in their own sweet time.
