They brought my car back after it had bad fuel from the QT station on Garland rd. Back in September I fueled up there on my way home. Next time I started the car it actually wouldn't start. I called my favorite MINI technician who works at this shop, Chris Meinen, and had my car towed in.Chris identified it was the fuel pump, and in the process of fixing it identified the fuel was what killed it. He told me to contact the gas station responsible. This is just as much a review for QuikTrip. I called a number on the website for their office and the representative told me they would take care of the repairs. I provided my receipt showing where I bought my gas and when, Jim and Chris from the auto shop filled out a form explaining needed repairs caused by the bad fuel, and the QT rep approved over $10k to replace the entire fuel system. They paid the shop directly for me. QT has a guarantee on their fuel, I've now noticed a lot of gas stations don't. So not I'll only buy fuel there because if it ever happens I want to know they'll pay for those repairs.Jim is the owner/manager of the shop and kept me updated along the way so I wasn't ever wondering what was happening. Got my car back nice and clean. I know it's well taken care of here.

My family has been going to Autoscope off and on since the nineties for service on many different cars including BMW/Porsche/Mercedes. This is my first time at this specific location so I actually have zero previous relationship with anyone involved. The Autoscope brand used to be the kind of place that offered great service at a premium price. Recently I brought a BMW M6 to the "Park Cities" location for an 8 o clock AM appointment to have a simple bolt on, cut and clamp, axle back (mufflers and tips) Eisenmann exhaust system installed. Initially I was told everything would be no problem and I would have the car back same day. At the end of the first day I heard back from the customer service liaison that there were many problems with the mufflers I'd chosen (bolt on mufflers designed for f13 m6), most notably there was a need to bring in a third party welder to attach a bracket to the exterior of the muffler to accommodate some piece of OEM BMW hardware. I called my representative at IND Distribution and explained the situation, he assured me the system was a direct bolt on and needed no modification. I had him call the shop and relay the info. Mind you, this modification would have destroyed the appearance and value of the mufflers. The next day I called at 1:00 PM because the car had been in their possession for a day and a half, and they said the heat shield was causing them problems, but they were almost done. I contacted IND and had them call once more to explain there should be no modification of the heat shield necessary. At the end of the second day (around 2:30) I got the car back and the exhaust sounded great! Its not that the job took a crazy amount of time, I just wish there and been a more honest disclosure of: "we are not familiar with these mufflers and there might be a learning curve" rather than trying to act like the mufflers didn't work or fit for whatever reason. The price for the install was $560 which came off as about $150 too much (I understand price by shop does vary), and there was essentially zero effort to keep our business for next time and certainly zero apology. when I suggested to the customer liaison we would not be coming back they simply responded with: "I will note that in your file."

Jim had great communication with me while Chris did phenomenal work diagnosing an issue with my MINI not starting out of the blue. Turned out I had gotten bad gas at a QT on Garland road. The representative I called at QT was great as well, sent a form to me I handed over to Jim, they got everything filled out to show the issue was the gas and I added in my receipt proving where and when I bought the fuel and QT paid the shop directly for them to replace the entire fuel system. Got my MINI back Friday. Might need to get it retuned, but other than that it’s just like it was before!

Hands down the most professional and well rounded auto repair shops in the DFW area. We brought in our Audi Q5 (after being quoted 3x's as much by the dealership here in town) for a cracked timing cover. Mr. Jim welcomed us in the parking lot, got some preliminary info and looked over the car, and was back to work in less than 20 minutes. Within 3 hours of dropping off the car, we were called with a primary diagnosis, and received and email with INCREDIBLY precise explanations of what needed to be repaired, the time it should take and the EXACT dollar amount, making the process as easy as possible.**Iris M., let me know every day exactly what they were doing and explained my options, clearly and with extreme accuracy. EXCELLENT Customer Service and EXCELLENT customer communication (which really was of paramount importance when it came to car repair processes I knew nothing about.)***Kevin S.; thanks for knocking it out quickly, and "bulletproofing the engine."Only place I'd ever take a European Auto for service again... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Services: General repairs & maintenance

We were very impressed by Iris & the mechanic(sorry I can’t remember his name). She kept us informed throughout the process. And the mechanic explained every step & point of the inspection. We will definitely be using AutoScope in the future. We found another Mercedes vehicle in our city. It was inspected by the local Mercedes dealership in Waco. But they did not beat AutoScope’s attention for explaining details & customer service.Services: Vehicle Inspection

Have used AutoScope intermittently over last 3 years. When my check engine light went on I went to another shop that specializes in my make car. I was quoted $5700. Decided to go back to AutoScope and they were able to address my problem with a more limited repair. I am appreciative of this.

I took my 2015 Mercedes C300 in for an B1 Service. Easy scheduling, (had availability 3 days out from scheduling). Great service and Uber shuttle service to the office. Great communication throughout the process. Only downside is pricing was identical to base estimate I received over the phone from Mercedes dealer. I will be returning for service there going forward.

I was charged $245 per hour to replace a part in a door handle mechanism for my Audi. And I was charged for 3 1/2 hours. Shame on me for not looking at the details before authorizing the work. I would have taken it somewhere else. No one charges $245/hr. Check around. And it absolutely did not need to take 3 1/2 hrs to do something this simple. They've worked on my car before and I don't remember being so ripped-off. Obviously I won't be back.
