Believe the reviews because the workers aren't interested in helping you at all. I visited to just have the battery in my fob remote. When I first stepped into the store, two workers were chit-chatting, and one looked at me with hesitation like I was disturbing him from doing nothing. I told him what I needed and he replied nonchalantly that they weren't allowed to open up fobs because they might damage them. I knew that was a lie because I've been to other locations that provided the service. As I was walking off, he told me I could purchase the battery and do it myself. If that's what I wanted, I would have done that in the first place! I ended up going to the location on Ross, and they had no problem doing it, opened it up, and would've replaced the battery if they had it in stock. The guy even told me to get a battery from a different location and bring it back and he would do it. Just shows you that the first AutoZone had zero customer service.

Don't expect them to help you with anything outside when it's raining! I stopped in here during a road trip due to my car running weird and a check engine light. I knew AutoZone had free scan services so I knew they could tell me exactly what was wrong. I politely asked the first guy (who was very rude) to do a scan and he pointed me to a second guy. He then told me to wait till the rain went down, which is understandable, but the rain had no sign of stopping anytime soon and I had to go. I waited around for about 20 minutes when I saw a lady walk up and ask him if he could help her out with her windshield wipers because she didn't know how to install them. He said it wasn't hard and showed her how to do it with the wiper she had just purchased instead of going out and doing his job. When she asked him to come out, he pointed to me and said that I was still waiting on a scan because he didn't want to get wet. So her and her friend had to go figure it out by themselves, in the rain. Finally, a girl came to do the scan with an umbrella and I had to wait in the rain for her to finish. Once we got back inside, she was complaining that she still got a little wet while I was literally dripping wet. This is literally their job and they were acting like I was an inconvenience all because they were afraid they would melt. There were other AutoZone employees that were busy bringing stuff in and out to the company truck like it was no problem. But the employees behind the desk were too good to go outside. At least she found the problem with my car I guess.

I wanna highly recommend this autozone if you're in the south, they're very helpful, especially Erica is great with customer service and they make sure to get what you need or if not they will foundwhat you need

This place is outstanding!!!! I walked to my car to find a dead battery. Got a jump….I called them. I told them my car information. They confirmed that they had a very unique battery and they would install it. The team was AMAZING! It was a monster of a job, in 107’ direct Sun/heat. I will always go here for anything for my car. Best team, great guys……PLEASE GO HERE if you have a car problem! Thank you sooo much!

Where do I even begin? I ordered a part in store and was told by manager and associate the part would be in store by 10am. I came to the store a little early and it wasnt there. Called about 1130am and still nothing, so finally went there again about 130pm and was finally told no one had it. So basically paid for a part and was waiting for nothing and missed the whole day of work vs just 2 hrs. Finally just got a refund and went to O'riley's and got the part and was on my way. My business is moving to the competition going forward.

Miguel Cruz provided outstanding & efficient customer service. I had a 16-foot box truck that died, completely dead battery. Miguel Cruz was able to decipher what battery was needed by literally a couple of photos. What a gem!THANK YOU, MIGUEL CRUZ! I will definitely be coming back to this autozone & autozone in general because of his outstanding service!

I got hired to work at this place this place, but I saw something I didn't like, so I rejected the offer, I just didn't go back, it's auto zone still a parts place, thank you.
