Today my wife walked into the store and the clerk voiced his frustration at the late night rush by saying that if he called ICE they wouldn’t be standing in line anymore. He proceeded to laugh at all the Hispanics waiting in line. He offered his laugh as an apology when he was confronted. I am deeply offended and disappointed that an employee could make a loud comment about it’s customers like this so openly.

Today I received the Best Service I have ever received from Auto Zone. My Sales Associate was Antione Mays. I was here to get my 2nd battery in less than a year. Before they would just replace the battery . Antione dug deeper and realize the battery I was given twice was not the right battery for my car. He called a store and looked up batteries based on the recommendations in the system. Antione was able to get me the battery I needed and it also came with a 4 year warranty. This is the service you don’t always see and get. I would have never k low it wasn’t the right battery I trusted the experts at Auto Zone to get me what I needed. I spent more time in the store but it was well worth it. Thanks Antione for going above and beyond and not just giving me another battery and send me in my way until the next 6 months. I don’t think the other sales associates did what they did purposely by not giving me the correct battery. I think it was lack of knowledge and not having problem solving skills. Antione found the reason why my new battery didn’t last. Job Well Done!!!! This was definitely worthy of a review..

The service is brilliant, but the logistics are terrible, if you need parts urgently and they don't physically have them, run and look for them somewhere else, don't order them because they don't arrive at the time they tell you, they can say that it will arrive the next day in the morning but It's not like that...they ruin the work and the good attention of those who stand up for their clients.

Mr. Antwan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about vehicles, and his customer service was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that my Escalade had the best coolant and even came outside to offer a second opinion on how to get my problem rectified it was late and the doors were about to close, but upon to make sure that I was helped as best as he could great job, Mr. Antwan I definitely will be back to this Autozone as I am new from California. You made a difference brother thank you.

Went here to get oil for my car that was much needed because I have an oil leak! The guy whom I won't put his name out because it may embarrass him. But he was soooooo rude! Hell, if you didn't want to put the oil in, you shouldn't have!!! I understood he was busy with the customer but I waited 30 minutes and at that point I called inside to see how much longer it would be or perhaps he forgot about me....it happens! BUT I NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AND THIS MAY BE THE REASON THEY GET BAD REVIEWS AND LESS CUSTOMERS... I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO THE LEDBETTER LOCATION! I HAD 1 STAR BUT SINCE HE PUT THE OIL IN MY CAR THEY WILL GET 2 STARS!

When I see the ads that your employees help you, I think it would be better for you to say that they don't even know how to help you and apart from everything they are good at discriminating against people. You need to tell them that the customer comes before their bad temper.

I called for a part. They had it in stock. The lady (I believe her name is Penny) that helped me was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. She was helpful with everyone she helped at the register as well. She deserves a raise!
