Management is rude and not helpful very unprofessional employees. Employees act like they know about cars and don't nothing and don't give customer right information when it comes to parts they need for there vehicle and want to tell the customer its our problem that we don't know what we needing.

I want to give out a very very thank you to Salvador at this location (2449 w Illinois, Dallas ,Texas location) he was so nice and eager to help me on this very hot day to attempt to install a brake bulb for me. I had bought it the day before but another person sold me the wrong bulb. His location was out of the size I needed but he said even if I bought it from someone else he would still install it for me. Just bring it to him if they didn't wanna do it. I tell you this these days it is hard to find a person like Salvador. He goes beyond to help a person. I just want autozone to know they have a extremely good employee like Salvador. Keep up the good work. You should make them proud at this store. Great employee!!!

I was having trouble with my cars battery. And Mr. Kei was more than helpful. He saved the day. I went to an AutoZone down the street and they were not helpful!! Never going back.

March 31,2024 Mr. Mark went out of his way to help me with choosing the correct battery for my 2019 Sorento kia. He also checked my alternator. Which was was good. He actually showed me and my daughter Veronica how to remove the battery and replace the battery.He was courteous, respectful, an Gentleman about the auto machanic business.
May our Heavenly Father and our Lord Savior continues to abundantly blesses favors him and his family Amen

You arrive at this place and the employees are with bad faces. They have a message outside that they offer check engine checks and when I asked they told me they didn't have a machine. They told me to go to O'Really or the next Auto Zone. I went to that one and they didn't help me with the check engine either because they supposedly didn't have a network. It's a shame to go to the auto zones in the Oakcliff area, very different than when you go to one near Fort Worth. Here the employees work without enthusiasm and without desire to help.

I am a former store manager for AutoZone, so I know the customer service expect. I needed windshield wipers during a rain shower. The first store I went to had only the very expensive brands. I then went to this store where I walked in and saw the AutoZoner sitting on her stool behind the parts counter. I told her I knew what I needed, so I didn't need anything looked up. Once I had my wiper blades, I approached her to pay. She asked if I was paying by credit card, and when I said I was, she pointed to the self-service pay station at the other counter. I managed to pay there without her ever getting up from her stool. I then changed the blades in the parking lot myself. I was the only customer there. I was really disappointed in the lack of effort.

This location on Illinois Ave in Dallas is the worst. The workers all seem to be angry and I get the feeling I am an interruption to the work day. The helpful lady potrayed in the commercial is definitely not here. I will go next door for better service even if I have to pay a little more.

This is one of the good AuoZone.But, there is only one drawback, the manager ( of Asst Manager).She is the petite black lady. Sometimes, she has an ugly attitude. My thing is, if she doesn't like to work with the public, she should seek employment somewhere else. Upper Management needs to see to whatever is the issue with the ugly attitude.Other than that, there have been many great employees there.

A couple of days ago I had an issue with my car battery and managed to get to the Autozone nearest me, because a friend told me if I purchased a batter there they would install if for me. I had no idea what type of customer service experience I would have, but I was amazed. The initial salesperson who helped me was Alfredo, and it just happened to be his first day on the job. He was so wonderfully and unbelievably helpful and courteous. Before my experience was over, Alfredo's supervisor Salvador got involved because there was a slight issue with the battery posts, and he was just as awesome as Alfredo. He also installed some new windshield wipers for me. All of this made my stressful experience so much better. They have my secured my business forever and should be commended! Give them both a raise!!! Thanks so much, guys!!!
