I attempted to return a set of brakes I no longer required and explicitly informed Jose that I wished to exchange them for an alternative item within the store. My receipt was on file, complete with my phone number. However, Jose refused to facilitate the exchange. It is imperative that the corporation reassesses its hiring practices for management positions. I have never encountered such difficulties with exchanging items in the past. In retrospect, I would have been better off waiting until I returned to Denton, where the initial purchase was made.

Terrible place to go would not help me and my cousin with the oil saying it couldn't be scanned but they can type the part number in gray shirt and 2 red shirts didn't even greeted us

Went to see why my check engine light was on and they guy hook the code reader up and didn't crank my car saying there's nothing wrong with my car. Went to O'Reilly and they told me cinder 2 misfire. So that's why I gave autozone 1 star. Had a inexperienced person not knowing what he was doing. This the Ledbetter store.
