Came here one day after work because when I started my car that battery seemed week. Alejandro helped me with wonderful customer service. Tested my battery checked me out for a new one installed in fast and I left with a new battery. Will definitely come back to this location.

Bad customer service. You can be first one in and they won’t offer help but offer the person behind you help and then take long to ring you up even though helping you would’ve been quicker than the person that came in after but whatever. Amazon better than Autozone remember

I came by auto zone #4251 in Oakcliff to get my battery check on my 2022 Nissan Frontier this manager went out all the way Sergio he sold me Duralast Gold battery. I'll be back and thank you we need more people like him outstanding customer service

I went to autozone for battery issues, the store manager Sergio went out to test my vehicle. He noticed that my terminal was loose so he grabbed some tools he tightened up the terminals. Once he finished it he was able to fix my battery issue. I’m grateful for this experience and for not having to pay a fee! My car now runs great! That’s why you come to AutoZone

Very good attention from the staff at the store located at 4490 w Jefferson, especially Sergio who took the time to take me to the store to change a broken gear and Agustin gave me the guarantee
