It’s 8:48am, I walked up the front door for exhaust part and saw an employee walking away from the door. I thought nothing of it and tried opening the door and it’s locked. I wait to see if the employee returns to open and see the store lights turn off. Unprofessional manager opening without opening on time due to unknown reasons.

Management is rude and not helpful very unprofessional employees. Employees act like they know about cars and don't nothing and don't give customer right information when it comes to parts they need for there vehicle and want to tell the customer its our problem that we don't know what we needing.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had from Julian! Came in for a new battery install and he was the coolest and most down to earth young man. Very knowledgeable and very hard working. Very determined to get the job done. Really impressed on how ambitious he is about his work and future! I really appreciate it Julian! We need more young brilliant minds like yours!
