I went into that autozone and it was an unprofessional employee name Alica that was very rude and acted like she did not want to help me when I asked her for a part on my car… She was very rude and disrespectful I proceeded to ask for manger and the manger even acted like she did not want to help me. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE GO HERE AT ALL!!! I RECOMMEND O’RILEYS.

I only did the one star because I used to love going to this location for my car items. I went in yesterday because I have a different car and needed car mats. First, I saw that the guys were busy, so I went to the area where the car mats were hanging. I came back to the register to ask a question and before I could get my full question out about the mats. AAdam just cut me off and started saying you got to get these from the dealer. I didn't even get the other question out. That was freaking Rude. I'll just have to find another Auto Zone location.

Visited the store today desperate for help after being sold a bad battery at another AutoZone in Irving, Tx less than 1 hour before. Battery light came on about 5 miles from this location. I was so very pleased with the service provided by Diamond. She was patient , knowledgeable and reassured me that she would take care of the problem. Tested my battery from Irving, it was bad; she then found me a replacement, tested it and provided the print out to show the battery was good. Installed it and made sure It started and checked for any battery indicator on my dash. I appreciate her hard work and positive attitude. I recommend shopping at this location.

AutoZone I've been to a lot of this by far be worse than the work out I went in there to get up one there was five employees at Computers is doing different things. I don't know what nobody came to the counter to let me pay for it took me 30 seconds to get it 10 seconds to get to the counter and 10 minutes to get served, a young man Devante came from the back his name is something like that. I need to tell me but I had to ask him was invisible because nobody seen me standing there to cash me out. They have a self service machine that don't work look something needs to be done about that place if you get a bad service there review it so they can fucking get rid of the bombs and get some damn people that know what customer service is all about Anyway call corporate or do something get corporate
