Worst customer service from a chubby black male ! (Didn’t get his name) Went in asking to get my battery tested and he said it was TOO MUCH work !!! He was even NODING OFF while at work. He should be fired and I will be calling corporate !

DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THIS STORE! they are so unorganized and it will get lost or they will just tell you your order doesn't exist.I ordered a part while in store and when i went to pick it up a week or two later, they said they didn't have it and couldn't even find any record of my order even though i got charged and was providing the order number, the part number, my email and phone number. (and yes, i was at the correct store, which they tried blaming the situation on multiple times) i then tried to speak to customer service to prove my purchase and they said they couldn't help me and i would just have to do a claim through my bank. i then tried speaking to the manager who still claimed my order was non existent. it took them a whole day later just to FIND my order online and that was just thanks to the DISTRICT MANAGER. (it should not take that many people to find an order!) the district manager then ordered me a new one free of charge for the inconvenience and told me it would be ready to pick up first thing next Monday morning. I went there that morning and surprise surprise, they still didn't have it! they said the package was delayed in delivery and that it would be delivered "by the end of the business day". i get a call that night saying the package had arrived so i drove all the way back and it took another 10 minutes in store JUST for them to find it and hand it over. AND the employees were just on their phones the whole time they were "trying to help". ??♀️

Alex at this location has the be one of the best managers I have ever seen. His energy and devotion to helping customers is what hope to encounter whenever go to any store. The entire staff seemed eager to help and got customers in and out efficiently.I was on the road visiting family and had the dreaded "check charging system" light come on. They helped us diagnose the problem and determined we needed an alternator.This AutoZone had just what we needed at a great price. They even helped us get the alternator installed and back on the road in no time at all.I think we got to the store at 11am. We had the part we needed and it was purchased and installed by 1:30. We couldn't believe it. The guys and gals at this store made it happen. We couldn't be more thankful being closed this store and for the service we recieved.I highly recommend this store. If I lived in the area, I would even go out of my way to get to this location.
