There's a person here. I don't know his exact name, but he has a white beard. He's a terrible person when it comes to dealing with the public. Apparently, he was working alone today and was in a very bad mood. Terrible treatment. No solutions. When this man is here, don't come to this place.

GREAT SERVICE! I just bought a used car, and the horn was not working. I went by Auto Zone, thinking it might just be a fuse. The very helpful gentleman took a fuse out to my car, put it in, and the horn started working. I'll never go anywhere else for parts! He was the best!

This AutoZone is in the hood so I should have expected this but the customer service is awful. The will lie about company policies on returns to boost their own numbers. There are better locations within three miles, I would highly recommend people to visit any of the others until this one is under new management

I took my wife's battery in and was greeted by Jesse. He was waiting on another associate to bring the battery tester in from the parking lot. When I told him my wife was on the side of the highway, he expedited the return and got me through the process fast! Incredible service. I cant thank him enough. I've told everyone how great my experience was.

Omg seriously they have the best customer service. It didn't take long to have the guy come outside and check car. They are so friendly and speak Spanish also. Definitely recommend this autozone.
