I must share about a personalize experience at this store . I go there for odds and ends and just car stuff so to speak . My car was hot one day the man who works there by the name
Of Paul was very very kind went above over and beyond the average help experience he made sure my car had antifreeze explained to me what the issue may be and made sure myself and my daughter were safe to get back in the road . Thanks again Paul and Autozone he is truly an asset to your company and A man of character and respect . Thank you God for him being in my path .

I came in today Sunday at 2pm not one employee was a commercial account. Luckily Jari brooks tree was there to save the day! Although he was not a commercial account employee he was more than happy to help me get what I needed! Also to my surprise he spoke some Spanish!!!! This is very impressive and should be reflected on his pay!! He’s a great employee and should be appreciated!

my car been stuck there almost a week & I needed so much help im just a girlll lol & i got so much help from Jari , he helped & was also goofy he made me feel comfortable as well! & faith she stayed by my side as i figured things out , love this autozone for sure!

They told me my life time warranty that I paid for 3 years ago was only a 1 year warranty but they only had 2,5, and lifetime warranties people plz keep yo receipts even if you have to take a picture and send it to someone on social media cause they accidentally on purpose lose people warranties

This is the worse store in America!! They tell you they close in 15 minutes, and you get there in 2 minutes and I be damn if they were already closed. Female manager or assistant manager of the store has no customer service at all. Never going back to this store. If I was corporate I would close it down!!
