Asked two sales rep to locate an item and was pointed in the wrong direction. I feel if a customer asks for assistance you should walk over and help find it.

I just left from here. I went to them looking to just buy a brake light bulb for my 2016 Nissan Rogue thinking I was going to have to watch a YouTube video and change it myself in 100-degree temperatures today. Before I could even buy the bulb Rolando was already outside replacing it in the hot sun. I did not have money left over for any tools so it was a blessing what he did. God Bless Him!

Avoid this place like the plague. Extremely terrible customer service. Bought a part. Store couldn’t find it. That store sent me to another store to pick up said part. The store I went to pick up the part informed me that they couldn’t fill the order because I bought the part at another store and the original store didn’t set it up right and would have to purchase the part again. Went back to the original store to get a refund and was told it would be instant that was a lie. Terrible experience and a huge inconvenience since now it’s weekend and I have to wait “business days” for the refund.
No part and down a my main vehicle.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. You will be betting for a sure loss.

STORE #3149. Rolando Juarez is a sweetie..I'd just been to Dallas for doctor's appt and headed home. Engine light came on. It was about 4:30. I was tired and distressed and ? HOT ..brutally hot. Rolando got me a chair and took care of pulling the codes and offered suggestionsis. Other customers were being well taken care of by him and someone else whose name I didn't get. This store is well run and deserves the 5 star rstings.
