The staff here are quite pleasant. I was informed that if I purchased headlights from the store, they would install them for me. However, after I made the purchase, I was told that they were unable to do so. I was disappointed that I was given misleading information.

had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. One of the employees—a lady at the front—was extremely rude and unhelpful. I came in with a simple question, but instead of assisting me, she gave me attitude and made me feel unwelcome. Customers should be treated with respect, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I hope management addresses this, because this is not the kind of service people expect when coming in for help

I stopped here for a replacement signal bulb. Sheena was amazing and extremely knowledgeable when things got rough, she literally pulled her hair up and helped me during her lunch break! She showed empathy and compassion to fix an issue that she did not cause. God bless you Sheena! You really made a difference for me with your exceptional service!

This is a joke of an auto zone. Ordered something on line and went in store to return. Employee keeps saying he needs a barcode like a broken record but all AutoZone emailed me was an order number. I see the employees screen that says “confirmation number” but he refuses to type it in. He gets a manager and she tells him to type it in. His to busy making racist jokes with his other employee that I’m assuming he mistyped the number and told me it’s not popping up and didn’t try again. It might be that he needs to get his eyes checked because he wears a pair of old broken glasses. I don’t get it. If you don’t want to work, nobody forced you to go in.

I arrived yesterday to this autozone with a bad battery. I just wanted to be checked to make sure and at the same time. I wanted a new battery regardless if it was working or not. The gentleman told me everything is fine. Everything works 20 minutes later. I'm stuck under the bridge in Dallas. A hundred five degrees In the sun 3 hours because they don't Want to do the job correctly? Mind you. I call the next day(TODAY) to try to explain. And Ron manager supervisor has an attitude as well. Trying Defender employees and trying to Act like the machine IS alway right Whatever the machine says is, what the machine say he told me Well, they need to fix their machines And their attitude. I'm doing everything as possible from the BBB And if you don't know what that is is, the better business bureau.... Count on it, buddy. And this is a photo of another autozone. Did they treat me super good and the machine read that it was bad. I got the receipt...oh yea Thank you so much autozone, from industrials. Euless TX 76040They know how to give good customer service..

Dorales is an absolute rockstar! She greeted me when I entered the store me to wait for a moment as she was helping a customer and then moved to another register so that she could help both of us at the same time. She went out of her way to locate the part that I have been trying to find at several other stores. Great employee!!
