I had a wonderful experience with Sarah at the Aveda store in NorthPark Dallas today. Sarah had excellent knowledge of her products and how they worked. I left feeling educated about my hair and confident of the products she suggested.

The store is awesome, but what happened to Aveda's products becoming so diluted as far as fragrance goes. I've been using Aveda since the 80's and over time it has gradually become so boring. The whole allure to Aveda was the one of a kind original fragrances that were instantly recognizable and made you feel great. It was worth the money for the smell alone. I don't know what happened at Aveda but it's been very disappointing to see this happen over the years. I also purchased shampoo and conditioner for two different family members recently as gifts and both were returned to me because they didn't like how it made their hair feel. That would have never happened in the 80s or 90s.

We want to thank Danielle for an INCREDIBLE private Birthday experience at the Northpark Store ! I noticed the advertisement at the sales counter while checking out with my PEPPERMINT SHOWER WASH: "sign up for a private birthday event" ...which included a mini-facial, hand massage, refreshments, and more ! My wife's birthday was coming up later that week! So,the very wonderful Danielle signed my wife up...and I asked if I could also sign my 13-year old daughter up too ...since it was the last day of school...and Danielle kindly agreed ! I accompanied the ladies...our Birthday Bash occurred 2 hours prior to store opening....and it was simply a fantastic experience ! As "private" would indicate, we had the store to ourselves...it was relaxing, quiet and a real treat !! Danielle was a great hostess and awesomely performed all the services. And I treated my girls to products used in the facials. A great surprise for the ladies in my life ...and can be....for the woman or man in your life ! KC

I go here for all my Aveda needs. The store is always very clean, smells amazing and the staff are so friendly and well informed.Today I needed to purchase some of the Scalp Benefits line and Melanie (I hope I spelled this right) helped me with everything I needed. She was exceptional and even informed me of a great new line called Scalp Solutions which I will be trying very soon.

Rude customer service rep. If u dont want customers in your store then close your door. Why open for business and just give bad service to your customer. This was the person who was working sunday afternoon around 4.

I have to leave a review for Danielle, and I hope that is her name who helped me today and explain to me all these products that would work for me. Walked in w the customer rep chewing gum and didnt bother to look at us or asked what we were looking for. So rude. Im gonna take my money to Nordstrom and buy it from there instead. Manager: please train your employees better. This is the person who was working Sunday May 22 at 3.36PM.
