Originally I rate them a 5 tart or service and communication but I have to update my review.
My brother purchased a car from them and not even 12 hours later the check engine light came on. I told my brother call them as they live by the motto “we take care of our customers” my brother was offered a month out appointment to bring his car back to get looked at after purchasing it within 12 hours. He took his car to get inspected and the emission failed with codes popping up. I currently have schedule an appointment with the manufacturer of the vehicle to confirm the history on the cars computer system to see if the code was cleared before selling and if so how many times was it cleared.

I bought a suv here and gave a good down payment, paid of the vehicle in less then 6 months, but the SUV had some problems they needed to repair. Went back to tell them and found out they lied about fixing it. After paying off the SUV I went back for the same problem and they charge me for labor. I took it back to the mechanic (friend) and he told me the issue wasn't fixed so they LIED AGAIN.. Even Firestone; where they send their cars for alignment, told me they don't care about their customers after they pay off the vehicle and that they're always selling bad cars to customers.. So I don't recommend this place!

They got me in exactly what I wanted proof of income bank statement and proof of address plus they cars not that high as people say they also fixed everything thing I asked them to fixed before I even test drove the car come check them out your self

Purchased a car on 8/6/25 check engine light came on the next night 8/7. Took it to Auto zone and advance auto and both of the scanners read P0420 which are catalytic converters. 8/8/25 I was told they will see what the manger says Monday IF they will replace. The car was bought cash
This isn’t my first purchase from them I thought they where pretty decent people that’s why I came back.

B7 motors in Dallas Texas on Buckner Blvd. Does bad business reposed my vehicle and it only 22 days behind. Then when I tried to get the vehicle back they said I can only pay the full balance of $29,000 took my 7000 cash and the vehicle and left me with nothing.

These ppl are crooks they and magic auto are the same. Please don’t purchase if I can explain why her. I purchased a car from magic on 2/5/22 June of 2024 I fell behind on payments and the car was repossessed in the middle on an insurance claim with progressive. The claim was filed on 12/7 and the repo on 12/15 these ppl are crooks I had 21 days to get my back and they instead allowed insurance to take my car and total it when it was still working these ppl got paid and I’m without a car they gave me no options at all and took my )15000 I promise I hope they reap what they sown here. That’s a lie they are involved with MagicAuto
