My mom and I went in to find nice clothes and 2 employees did not even wait for us to get a foot away before saying, “look at that lady” and laughed at my mom. As someone working in customer service, the least they could have done is waited for us to be out of earshot. I did not know that being paid $12 an hour to stand around, laugh at customers, and be bovine was in the job description. Extremely rude and unprofessional, ruined the brand image for us.

I love this brand and have for a long time, but the last 2 times I've gone into this store have been really unpleasant. There's a manager(?) who is unbelievably rude, and the overall inconsistency of how I've been treated here makes me not want to come to this location. I had an issue with an order placed for me in store that I needed help with, and she wouldn't even listen to what I was asking. The more I tried to explain my question, the more she treated me like a Karen making a scene. It's genuinely the worst experience I've had while shopping. When I came back a few days later as instructed, she was immediately rude again, saying "this is that girl with the boots" in a really nasty tone. I haven't been back to this store since and I won't again.

Terrible shopping experience. They try to assist shoppers by placing certain colored t-shirts near certain pants because they think shoppers aren't imaginative enough to match their own. I prefer to have t-shirts all together, pants altogether etc, so that I don't have to spend frustrating time searching for what I came to get. Besides this, they have changed the cut of the classics, and stock was very low such that I left without buying a thing. Sometimes the old ways are best. I will be shorting BR shares as I think they are on their way to being far less profitable.

I came in here at the end of the day to find a last minute engagement party dress since my original from another place won’t be delivered in time. Kristy went above and beyond to help me. She checked the back and helped find a good size for me. Thank you!

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Cashier #3566811( I wish I could remember her name) at Banana Republic, who provided exceptional service on 08/22/2023. I was searching for the most beautiful dress in my size, and they went the extra mile to help me find it.Despite the dress selling out quickly, Cashier #3566811 didn't give up. They even had me try on a size smaller to see if it would work for me. And when it became clear that a medium was what I needed, they tracked one down and arranged for it to be delivered to my house within days.Thanks to their dedication and effort, I now have a dress I absolutely love. Cashier #3566811's exceptional customer service and willingness to assist made all the difference. I am truly grateful for their help and the outstanding experience they provided at Banana Republic.

*This review is mostly due to the service that I received last week.*Bola helped me with several returns that I had ordered online and in-store pick up before I went out of town for two weeks. Some things did not fit , a few things were wonky!! Anyway they were put back in the bag and I put off returning them.I came in thinking that I had exceeded my time for the returns, hoping that maybe I could have store credit at best. (thankfully, I still had some time left.)Bola was so nice, and took the time to go through all of these items for me, and refunded me, and also one item I received store credit. Which is just fine with me!!I was so happy! I thought I was going to be stuck with these clothes that did not fit, but Bola turned an anxiety ridden visit to North Park into a good day!!I just wanted to give her a shout out to say how much I appreciate her help and her positive attitude

I walked in for a spring and summer wardrobe and the hiring manager Laura helped me out tremendously! She spent hours bringing me outfits to try on and helped me narrow my decisions (which was very hard lol) This location has the largest selection pieces and the quality is fabulous!!!

I received a defective (entire pocket was missing) final sale item which I purchased online. I called customer service and they sent me a shipping label and informed me that I can either ship the item back, or take the item to a local store. I decided to take the item to the store for quicker resolution. The manager I dealt with was more concerned about not being able to resell the item, telling me he does not have that in the store and telling me I need to deal with customer service. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience this caused me. Unbelievable.

I decided to take the item to the store for quicker resolution. My son needed professional business casual clothes for his first real job. We walked through about 5 different high end stores before making our way to Banana Republic. My husband and I walked in with our son and were immediately greeted and offered assistance. Somehow, my son escaped my watchful eye and made it to the heart of the store. That is where we met up with Andrew. Andrew must have seen the wary in my tired mom eyes when he offered help. I explained to Andrew, because no young adult will admit that they lived in tees and jeans their entire life (catholic school in NYC doesn't really count) and now needed a new wardrobe. When I tell you that Andrew became my son's surrogate because he had my child trying not only clothes, but SHOES that he actually purchased, I was shocked beyond belief. I was relieved. I felt like one of the men in the women's section. I, along with my husba nd found a seat, and SAT. Periodically, Andrew came and updated us on the progress. While we waited, the other store associates kept checking in on us, we were beat by the time we got to Banana Republic. We were offered water - so good. The entire experience was what I expected from the high end stores in North Park, and delighted that Banana Republic continued our experience while we shopped in store. The most important detail, never did Andrew let on that he was a manager! It was when I went to the associates manning the transactions to ask who could I commend for Andrew's incredible demeanor and that is how I found out. He didn't even allow his helping us interfere with his managerial duties. This was appreciated, impressive, and expected. I am so glad that this Banana Republic did not disappoint in our experience.

Totally shocked with a encounter in this store….was asked to move out of the way whilst walking through the store browsing as another customer was apparently of more worth than me being in the store……to further add insult when I asked the sales associate why and how he thinks this behaviour was acceptable, he gave me a rude and arrogant stare.Visiting Dallas as a tourist from Uk and totally appalled at this behaviour.

Visited the store with my boyfriend and the employee Jan did an awesome job at finding the items he wanted. He asked for a lot and Jan was super kind with lots of patience - she has an awesome personality! She deserves to be recognized for her hard work.

Tried to pay for three items and the payment machine gave me a price of $140, for $34 dollars of shirts that were on sale. I didn't really care about the shirts, but when I asked about the issue, the young woman told me her machine was correct. Explained I was thrilled, but I'm not sticking my card into my machine that said $140. She looked at me arrogantly and proclaimed her machine had the correct number. I congratulated her and said fine, how do I get the proper number on my screen. Rather than help, she kept repeating how correct her machine was. Finally left exasperated, and give the sarcastic shout from her, "thanks for shopping here!" Rather than flip her off and say what was going through my mind, I continued out, explaining to my confused wife, we are never coming back.
