I went here to update my legal name on the account. A lady refused to accept one of my legal document which I already used to update DL, SSN, and other banks. I had to go back and called customer service and turned out she was wrong. She was unprofessional and not helpful at all. This location is bad.

Pulled up & none of the ATMs worked. Even changed my pin cause I thought maybe the pin I been usin was changed. Still didn't work so I walk to Walgreens & that ATM worked. So I used Lyft to got to chase but I exceeded my transaction limit messing around tryna use the ATMs at this bank of America. Like what kinda goofy bank can't even have their ATMs work right

Waited in a short line for 30 minutes because they only had one teller, I believe this is the longest Wait I’ve ever had at a bank like this. 3 other staff in building but no one else would help. I will avoid this location in the future

I have to go into the bank to make deposits for my job regularly for a year now and literally half the time I go, there are no tellers there or they're not open at all. Seems like they have 1 or 2 tellers on staff and the manager and/or other staff can't step in as a teller when needed so no teller\\u003d a bank that does no banking. I cannot believe the 2nd largest bank in the nation, that has over $2 trillion in assets, can't properly staff all of their banks. Upon reading past reviews, seems like the understaffing has been going on for a long time.

Worst bank ever!!! My work hours are 8AM-5PM Lunch 12N-1PM Never open on time 9AM; closed during lunch 12PM-1PM, is the only time I have and closed early 4PM with security on duty!!! Took off work early at 2:30PM spoke with a female manager, who informed me it would take up to 30 days for my requested information to be resolved and verification received by mail however only to learn NOTHING has been sent to handle my request so I’m back to square one!!! How are they a service to the community?

I wish I could give this negative stars.Lets start with Bank of America itself.I received a notification on my phone regarding an online transaction I did not make. Cool, I did not, so I clicked the "no, this was not me" button. This triggers an AUTOMATIC suspension of yout card, and one will be sent to you in 6-8 business days. If you need a card sooner, go to your local financial center branch. So I go to my local financial center branch. This unfortunate place.Now to this place. Started off by waiting OVER 45 minutes OUTSIDE in the wind and cold. Another 15 mins to get to the window. Asked for a temporary card. Sorry, nope, don't have one. They will mail you one. So how do I access my account? Well, you can take out cash. Yeah, great, how do I pay my phone bill and other online transactions?Use a 3rd party app, PayPal and ApplePay as your only two options. (The third party apps that caused me to need a new debit card in the first place). I do not want to. Any other options? Yup, make an appointment for Wednesday. I work the SAME HOURS as the bank, Monday-Saturday. Took time off to come here. Sorry, thats all we can do. Ok, fine, lets use PayPal. Nope, Branch Manager Alexis David only knows how to set up ApplePay, (which has taken $$ out MANY, MANY times I did not authorize) but apparently 10000s of customers use this, so why am I the one that has this problem? Look up my account, see how many debit cards I have requested due to ApplePay specifically. Alexis goes off to the back to talk to her boyfriend/husband and assisting customers of the same race as her, leaving me, alone at the counter to fend for myself. Asks me REPEATEDLY how she can help, starts raising her voice. I have said how you can help. She practically shouts she has given me alternative options and I don't want to take them (BECAUSE THEY ARE WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE, LADY!) Finally agree and yeah it works, but give it a week with these 3rd party apps and I will be back with the same problem.I am off to file a complaint with Alexis David1. assisting customers of her same race only2. running off to talk to her husband/boyfriend while there was a line of customers and she was on the floor3. refusing to give me the name of her supervisor (yeah, she is the branch manager, but branch managers have bosses too. Witnesses were there)4. raising her voice to a customerEnd of story, I closed my Bank of America account today DUE SPECIFICALLY TO ALEXIS DAVID'S "customer service" if you can call it that.TAKE YOUR MONEY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!DISCOVER AND CHASE BANK FOR THE WIN!

BoA still seems to be involved with fraud via overdrafts, gangs, and being interacted with ATMs. They refused cooperation with security cameras and demanded overdrafts fees/would not refund at branch. Par with with dysfunction of today.

My experience on today was Excellent!!! I was in and out so fast I couldn't believe it!!!!??Normally, I go to the Bank Of America in Desoto and still be waiting outside just to get inside.?? Then when I get in there it's only 2 tellers they know on the last and first week of the months need more than 2 tellers.?? Talking about social distanceing how if your stuck in there for over 30 minutes or even more.???..However, this location has my 5 starts no waiting outside no long lines inside plus 3 tellers at the window thank you God!! They we're very professional even their security guard very professional. Maybe Desoto needs to come here for training tips on customer service skills and getting banking services support to help our community so I wouldn't have to go elsewhere!!??
