I do not understand all of the bad reviews. I needed a cashiers check and have been a Bank of America customer for two decades. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly lady. She walked me back to her desk, took some information, and issued my cashiers check. Super kind and efficient.

I echo what the previous reviews said. These people don’t know what they do or do not do. I have interaction with 3 people. None has customer service skills. They will shuffle you from one to another. We have several business accounts with them. I rarely go to any branches. This one encounter made me want to move all the money out.Judging from the previous reviews, they have done nothing to improve their service here.I am still waiting..

I had an horrible experience and the customer service was unprofessional from the time I enter the door at this location.I was greeted by an Hispanic lady She ask how can she help me , I mentioned that I need to cash a check and am not a member.She then tells me that she can not cash a check for the amount because am not a member . I tell her that’s not true.If the issuing bank operates a local branch, you can cash the settlement check at the issuing bank. You must present two forms of identification that can include a driver's license or a state-issued identification card.She still said no.At this point I ask for a manager and something saying that non members can not cash a settlement check at the issuing bank.I waited 30 minutes for a manager to walk out.And when he did he was rude and unprofessional to the point I called my lawyerTo let him know that the bank is not willing to cash the check he just issued me and am feeling discriminated .The Hispanic manager interrupted my conversation to proceed to cash my check . He never apologized for the disrespectful and embarrassing experience in front of the customers that were waiting in the lobby.I return today to received my receipt of the transaction that I never received and it’s taking all of 45 min .

Had the absolute best experience here. This bank actually makes you feel welcomed, Francisca was amazing she was very patient and understanding with my husband and I and explained everything very well and was very accommodating to our needs. It was an overall great experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service I deposit hundreds of thousands of dollars into my business account here and they turned away one of my Project Managers because he was Hispanic and our client wrote our DBA name on a payment check which also happens to be listed on myCompany bank account will never do business at this branch again

I had a terrible experience here. The manager Jennifer gave my fiancé and I a difficult time getting a cashier’s check due to some made up Zelle policy. Something about the Zelle payment possibly being reversed. She suggested we take out cash at ATM in order to get a cashier’a check which made no sense at all. She also was very rude in her delivery and even raised her voice at us. Our favorite branch on Greenville was able to look up both of our accounts and see the Zelle exchange and wrote the check in less than 5 mins. Bank of America needs to do better with training managers like Jennifer (prejudice) if you want to keep loyal customers.

Yes this is a bad branch if the manager omar is there he is not a nice man I work at this location he surely did not want me there. That man needs to go.

I visited this branch yesterday and had the pleasure of being assisted by Rebecca Ibarra. The second I entered the door, she was offering help. She quickly got three tasks done that I could not figure out how to do on the app. She was so very nice, did her job well, and made a visit to the bank a breeze. I look forward to going back.

Customer service is always trash. There are always a line with 1 person at the teller station. When there is multiple people back there, they switch out to one again. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.

Terrible experience. The teller made an error and deducted a duplicate amount for cashiers check from my account twice. The manager was rude. This location has terrible customer service.

I will never go to this Bank of America, it always a problem when I go in, but never a problem when others of a different skin color. They are slow, not organized, and have too many people standing around to have a line of people. But when you’re the only one in line and it’s still takes you 30 minutes just for a simple cashier check it’s a problem for me.And not to mention one lady didn’t speak and was staring because I was getting irritated.

Over 10 people standing in line and only one person working at the window. On a Saturday. Whoever decided to no longer have drive through windows, it was a d*** a** decision.

Today I went to this branch to pay off my mortgage, which is a life-changing event for me. I could have chosen several closer branches to do business with but I always drive a little extra further for this newer one with the pleasant interior and great customer service. The two kind ladies who assisted me today were quite cheerful, professional and helpful. I know y'all were just doing your job but y'all made a major transaction for me all that more meaningful, thank you.
