Couldnt get the app to read my paycheck and needed to make a deposit....Drove into the area from Longview for a football play-off game, there are no local BOA branches in Longview... The closest one in Tyler would have put us over and hour off track. Found the Wheatland branch online close to Kincaide Stadium. All of the inside tellers were very pleasant. My business was conducted quickly and efficiently on Sat, 12/10/22 around 1:45pm.This is why I have been with BOA since 1998 when it was Nations Bank. I just wish there was still a local branch near me.

Came in today at 4:43pm and the bank was closed. I do not understand why they advertised the open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday when they clearly do not honor their schedule

Let me tell y'all something...I've been going to Bank of America trying to do one thing for 3 months and this is the only location in Dallas and Atlanta, GA that helped me. Eva Flores and Veronica were amazing. So glad this process is over! Truly grateful to those ladies.

Only takes 10 mins max to get a temporary card but instead of just going ahead and giving me a card we wasted maybe 30 mins to sign up to get a card and another 45 mins claiming that they have appointments when I'm the only one sitting down waiting. Does not know how to manage a rush

Normally my experiences at BA are stellar . . . wish I could say the same for this branch! I waited no less than 12 – 20 minutes to see Personal banker Rodriguez. Other than a few line customers the bank was relatively sedate. All cubicles appeared to be empty. Attention was only extended to me after an associate noticed that I was packing my documents, cell phone, and keys. If you need assistance . . . you may want to consider another branch. Or possibly a bank that has staff that has at least a partial interest in your business. I would rate my experience at this location on a scale of 1-10 as a liberal 3.5.
