I like the staff here and they serve me very well. We went there when the bank was about to close. And there is a male employee waiting to provide service. He is very kind and always smiling. He tried to help me until he was successful. I had a wonderful experience with the staff here. I highly recommend this place. He provides full service. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

The bank is worthless, if you have any issues they don’t know how to help and say you have to contact other sources but don’t have any numbers to give you to make the calls.As a business, I have a ridiculously low monthly limit for mobile deposits that max out on first deposit and then they have such short business hours it’s not feasible to run up to deposit checks. God no don’t use the ATM, it will auto change amounts and place 10 day holds that they refuse to release. I can’t run my business w this bank. Highly dissatisfied and if you are looking to open a business account, don’t. It’ll be a huge mistake.

You can make an appointment with a banker, show up to your scheduled appointment, then be informed rather rudely that the banker has left for the day, and nobody bothered to let you know the appointment was canceled. I will not be giving them further opportunities to treat me so poorly.

Worst location. Everytime you go there it’s a waiting time just to get assisted by the teller it’s so annoying. I’ve been going here for the last year and everytime it’s the same thing. God blesses the time when I didn’t have to wait long smh

The bank infrastructure is not so good and the customer service is bad also. For a broken safe deposit box, i had to do several follow ups and visits and phone calls to get it fixed. There is no attempt to get the issue resolved from the bank side proactively.. 2.5 weeks have passed by and still I cannot access my safe box.

Inside always seems to be closed and the drive up ATM is busted 70% of the time. It’s like they don’t even care at this branch.

I cannot count how many times I walked into this bank location...in the past....just to stand around waiting for someone to assist me.....even when I am the only one in line...and there are two employees behind the glass. Last time....I just walked out and gave up for good. I have no idea how long this location has been closed...as I was only using the ATM @ the drive through...and on Sunday...the ATM ate my debit card. Par for the course. I obviously cannot contact anyone there to make sure it was shredded...but I think even if this location was still open...which it shouldn't be...there would be nobody available to assist me. BofA is going online, I get it .......and these brick and mortars are a thing of the past. I just want the technology to work...and not set me up to be constantly looking over my shoulder for fraud...as in this case. If the ATM is smart (or stupid) enough to eat a debit card for some reason...at least display that message on the ATM screen...with a video of my card being shredded.....:-)

Awesome branch!My experience at this branch was wonderful. I've never been so pleased with a bank branch like this one in my life. They were great with helping us set up a new account. Ms. Mariam was awesome so was Shayra Jarallilo. Great people!!

I went inside to change my PIN number…yes, I know that’s redundant…and I was meet my the Bank of America branch manager asking what kind of service I needed and then shown to the young lady, who finished the process.Good job!
