BofA continues to get worse. First, they get rid of the motor bank. Now, they've closed this branch on Saturdays. They've done this at other nearby locations, resulting in longer lines at the fewer number of banks that are still open on Saturdays. Fewer banking locations open on Saturdays, so customers are inconvenienced by having to drive farther away to find an open bank, and then waiting longer because there are never enough tellers. So much for customer service.

This is a great branch. Even when it's busy, they do their best to make sure everyone get's serviced in time. All hands on deck all the time.

This branch has it! From the teller line (Sohan) to the manager, I’ve never experienced a negative attitude or combative employee. Whatever I have needed to be done for me and my account, has been done.

I'm a store manager from a near by business, we use the Preston / Royal Bank for our business needs, we've never had any issues and customer service has always been good up until the past few months. I assume the ( indian ) guy is a new teller because I hadn't seen him at this location before, but he is rude, has no customer service skills at all and acts like anything you ask him is a problem, smh !!!

Needed to close a checking account. Called. Said it could be only be done at branch. Stop by branch at Preston/Royal on 08/31/19. Said they were too busy with 1 guest in location and 4 employees. Standing at ATM, I see person who said they were too busy surfing the Internet.

I tried to come in to cash a bank of america check.. an Indian guy told me they will have to call and verify if the check is real or not before even scanning it or anything. I come to cash checks weekly at different locations and no one had ever did that to me. I was highly discriminated against because I am a black woman. I never use the race card but in this incident I know thats exactly why.

Convenient location by DAMN are the drive thru lanes narrow!!!! I almost scraped the custom wheels on my 12 year old Porsche 911!!!!! Fortunately, I have $2M, so, I can fix ‘em but DAMN!!!! Watch these curbs!!!!!

We have been with BOA for 17 years. I went in to this branch to deposit left over foreign currency that we had ordered from BOA for a trip. When I went in to this branch, I was told I needed to wait for a manager to do that. I sat down and waited for 10 minutes. When the lady at the front went to check and see how much longer the manager would be, she came back and said how much time do you have to wait? And then proceeded to tell me it might be better to go to another bank. I drove down to the branch on Preston/Forest and was directed to a teller that processed the transaction within 5 minutes. I won't be visiting the Preston/Royal branch anymore and recommend that you don't either.

had to go deposit a check and get a temp debit card today, and every one was super helpful, but travis for sure stood out to make it enjoyable and funny. Kudos to him

The best service amongst the branches in north dallas. Total opposite of the forest branch. Jason goes out of his way to help customers while forest lane branch is managed and run by total lazy morons.
