This is without a doubt one of the best banks that I’ve ever been to. Me and my family had been searching for a long while for a bank to provide clear and understanding instructions and this is the bank that did it for me. In addition to this, Mr. Flores, gave an extremely warm welcome and made sure we felt comfortable with any decision we made regarding it.

My whole experience in that office was outstanding. The manager and everybody were very welcoming, my main interaction was with Fernando Flores, I went there with my mom to open a account and I got say Fernando was very pleasant, attentive, professional and respectfully funny. Customers beware: you can probably get what you need done through the app faster, and with less boiling blood, than by coming here. My wife and I witnessed an employee turn someone away because they only spoke Spanish. I offered my help in translating, but the rep was unmoved and reluctant to have any conversation about helping the customer with their problem (an address change). In sum, it showed the rep's unwillingness to solve the customer's problem because of the language barrier the rep allowed to hinder their interaction. Even if I wasn't there, there's an app for translating--he just didn't want to help, or deal with that problem as one might say. Our fisti was Saturday September 28th around 12:20 PM.
