Very, very bad service, zero recommendation, they closed my account with the excuse that my social security belonged to a woman, of course it was a lie, and they started asking me where I had received 16 dollars for Zelle from a trucking company that that employer was of fraud but that there was no fraud, only that they were going to close the account just in case. It is a mockery and a lack of respect.

Bank of CriminalsZero stars, don't know who worse Chase, Wells Fargo or Bank of America, well lets add Bank of Texas. As consumer if we need something done correct, then we have to do it ourselves. Bank of Texas are criminals just like the one who overbilled me on my debit/credit and the investigation team are incompetent as they cannot investigate. You got businesses charging on your credit/debit card illegally. Bank of Texas do nothing. All documentation was sent in for their team to view and if they had any more questions, they could reach out to me. In fact, emailed the documentation to them MORE than 3X.

Javonte was amazing by far the best rep in the whole bank customer service was great everything was done in a timely manner she went above and beyond to help me . I was fed up with this bank she changed That thanks again .

Why have this branch? Staff very rude and incompetent. Horse playing in back office laughing giggling and when I asked what the ETA would be the teller, said if you don’t want to wait here is your stuff back go somewhere else. What type of customer service is this? Manager told the same thing to another customer that came in and rudely told her to try another branch.

Don't bank here. Recently tried to close my savings account this past Friday. I asked the bank for a little cash and a cashiers check for the remaining balance. After giving me the cash, they informed me their cashier check printer was not working so they couldn't give me my remaining money. I asked for the remaining balance in cash and they said they could not because they'd already closed the account and I'd have to wait until they could get someone to repair the malfunctioned cashiers check printer. Finally got my money after 1.5 hours but I had to drive to a different branch to get the cashiers check. This bank basically wants you to let them hold your money but won't give it to you when you need it the most. Any prudent bank would have a SOP in place or backup cashiers check printer. Very unprofessional and very unreliable.

I continue to be impressed by the service I receive at Bank of Texas. Daniel C helped me today and did a wonderful job! I never felt rushed and he seemed genuinely happy to be helping me. He was very careful and accurate with everything he did and explained things along the way. I will continue to refer and recommend all of my family and friends to this bank!
