Opened an account in 2016....drained my account with service fees over 4 years and they closed it when ran down to $0. Transition to Simmons from Southwest was super frustrating. Definitely shared responsibility on inattention but feeling taken advantage of with "fees". Would not recommend to anyone, not going to make you feel good about banking relationship. Last 3 times I called, rec'd the automated message to "Call again later"
