Great customer service, I inquired about a small rush order and was quickly emailed back by Eric. Super easy process to choose from tons of different products, digitizing logos, and logo placement! Hats and shirts turned out perfect. Will definitely be back.

I frantically emailed them saying I needed 20 sweatshirts embroidered in two days, because another vendor fell through. They quickly responded saying they could get the job done. He also suggested a place to buy my shirts the same day so they could complete them on time. Their was pricing was great as well. Amazing quality and even better customer service!!!

An excellent experience with Bates Embroidery on our corporate gift project. Nicole was able to guide us in our selection of logo placement, coloring, etc. Our project deadline could have been affected by the Texas Winer Storm - but it was not because of their dedication to their client - looking forward to working with them on many more projects!

I threw a heck of a short-turnaround project to these guys - 25 embroidered hats with custom designs (and colors) front and rear on the caps. I have a little experience with sports apparel, so I understood the process a little, but Eric worked off of a bad sketch and some thrown-together artwork to put these things together in 4 days for a surprise anniversary party. I couldn't be happier - didn't expect the price to be much cheaper under the circumstances (it was really fair), and wish they were "right next door", as we live in Wyoming! The party in Dallas came off without a hitch and the caps were a huge hit. First rate in every category. Thanks so much!

Eric Bates to the rescue! When I had to pivot on my daughter's wedding, looking to make a much smaller event much more personal, Bates Embroidery monogramed napkins for the rehearsal dinner and wedding. Made the day so special. Guest were impressed and many asked who did the embroidery. Eric designed the monogram and it was perfect. I had used Bates in the past to monogram linen hemstitched cocktail napkins for a wedding gift, and the mother of the bride was so impressed she used Bates to monogram all the napkins and tablecloths for her daughter's wedding. I will never use anyone but Bates again. Thanks again for your assistance. The napkins were done before promised, and looked better than expected. Way to overdeliver!
