horrible experience. when I went into the store this young lady named amber was organizing the store so I asked for help and she gave me an ugly attitude and refused to help. she even called me a slur that I’m not allowed to type.

No fragrance free options for scent sensitive customers. I had a Christmas candle gift that I wanted to return, brand new in original box and I was offered a store gift card in the amount of $10 while my exact candle was displayed in the store on Saturday, December 21, 2024 for $19.99! I asked why? A rude young girl told me that she had no control over what the register told her. I asked for a manager to explain to me why they were making me accept a cheap and unfair amount for my in-perfect-shape return and she was also rude and unhelpful to give me quality costumer service. In the spirit of Christmas, I gave my store credit to a nice young woman shopping here. I have many other choices to shop in Dallas and will take my business elsewhere.

This is for cashiers only and no not all 4 were disrespectful only 1 was super nice. As my husband and I were stepping up to wait in line. 1 cashier was finishing with a customer and there were 3 other standing I step up to 1 and she walks off so I turn to MY RIGHT which is their left and they just act as if they done forgot how to be cashiers. So as I put my items on the counter which were 6 items the one cashier whom helped me in the store helped with the transactions. WHY THE JUDGEMENT? AND YET THEY WANT TO SAY PEOPLE ASLWAYS USE THE RACIST CARD....... WELL EXPLAIN THEIR ACTIONS? VERY UNETHICAL DEFFMATION TO THE FULLEST TOWARDS MY HUSBAND AND I. See them 3 cashiers because they work in a high end store does not make them high end at all. This was the most ghetto of the ghettoness presentation they all did. NOT KNOWING WHOM I AM AND WHAT I OR WHERE I WORK FOR A LIVING NOR MY HUSBAND WHERE HE WORKS FOR A LIVING. WERE NOT GOING TO GO DRESSED LIKE ITS A HIGH END BALL ROOM NOR WERE WE DRESSED LIKE HOMELESS PEOPLE OFF THE STREETS. If this is their mindsets they need to change their hearts for the sake of themselves and salvation. This was clearly unethical unprofessional and a lot of deffamation just to be ostentatious about what over nothing. Management this needs improvement and if they are managers then CEO look into this store at mockingbird station location. The audacity of low class cashiers does not fit well in this area.

This specific store needs to update times as your website states you close at 9 pm making it inconvenient for a person to drive a long distance.

I came in for the holiday candle event and of course bbw send coupons to your home and if you have the app they have some on there as well. I came in to use my 20% off, free body care up to $17.50, and from the app $10 off of $40 coupon and they denied me using all three. I call the NorthPark location and the manger told be they will absolutely allow me to use all 3 coupons. This mockingbird location is always weird and I will not be back to shop at this particular location. I returned my items because it just feel like instead of letting your customers use what the company has given them they are trying to pinch every dollar they can out of us. They lost a $60 sale instead of just allowing me to use my coupon and get $10. I will not be back to this location.

This is my first bad experience with bath and body works. Somehow my shipping label was placed on the wrong box and called them to let them know that I received the wrong order. They claim that I will receive my total refund and I've received partial payment which they said that I paid my order two different ways which isn't true. Bath and body works please send my total amount paid!!! I'm showing what i order and total payment that I paid and what they send me. Also, the correct order and the crap they sent me that iwould never order and it isn't close to my actual order. 😞

I had posted a very unhappy review on Monday because of the customer service that I received. When I went into the store, I will say the only reason that I’m giving four stars is because of the actual store manager. She called me back and really made me feel a lot better. Listen to what I had said and really explain things for me to understand what was going on with my online order the way it should’ve been done in the first. I will say great customer service not on the overall store part but on the store manager part.

Didn’t realize the closing time for Sunday. Came to pick up an online order while they were still inside goofing off and talking. Showed them my email through the window and emphasized it was just a pickup order, and they still turned me away. Literally would taken 2 seconds to grab and go. What a joke

Qualyza is amazing!!!!!!! She stayed past her shift to help me pick out items and answer any questions that I had! You don't get customer service like that anymore and because of her I will be shopping at this location specifically more often. Give her a raise she's amazing!
