I hate that I still buy from this place. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes before I hot in and their selection is always mid. I cant ever find anything for my kids (bring back art stuff!) and I dont use candles. Really only come here for the men's line which is better than axe by a mile. Get your guy some teakwood.
Staff is usually pleasant but store is small so it's a claustrophobic sensory experience every time.

Just went into this store doing a little bit of Christmas shopping, but had a terrible experience. Found a scent that I loved, but could find the lotion to match the body wash. Team of employees were just standing around and totally uninterested in assisting. When I finally went to help myself by opening the drawers underneath to see if there was back stock - the employee said “that’s for employees only. Don’t open the drawers!” How about you ask if I need help finding something. I wouldn’t have to open the drawers myself if you were being helpful. Instead yall go back to whispering in a huddle. Guess I’ll just go to Sephora. Reminder why I no longer shop here.

I have been shopping at this location exclusively for years because I hate having to go inside the mall. Well today was just the most absolute worst experience ever. Everyone was kind except for the lady behind the register. When I approached I asked her a simple question about an item and my reward. She very rudely spouted back at me "well is it $16.95 or less?" She then asked if I had the app and I pulled it up and twisted my phone towards her and she grabbed the scanner and purposely placed it in a position other than where my phone was already waiting for her. I then moved my phone in front of the scanner and she just sat there holding it and said to me you need to move it in the right position and right at that moment it scanned. I told her you know what, nevermind I'm not going to purchase anything you're extremely rude and I walk towards the front door. I approached the gentleman that greeted me and asked him what was that lady's name and he asked me what the problem was. II started to tell him how rude she was and he said "well I could just go and ring you up". I stopped him in his tracks and I said no, you're going to listen to my complaint and I don't want anything and I left. I said I took all this time picking out my items and now you all have to have your time wasted putting it back, thanks a lot. I will be calling corporate about this as well because this is absolutely disgusting.

The team at this store does an amazing job. The store is always clean and the collections are neatly detailed and tended to with care. The team members are always warm, caring, inviting, and I find myself laughing and having a genuinely good time whenever I am in this store. It is my go-to spot for Bath & Body Works! Thank you for bringing lots of smiles on such a rainy day!

I was greeted as soon as I got inside. The ladies are very helpful, knowing everything about the products. I felt good making my decision on what to buy. Small place, but very nice and well stocked, very friendly atmosphere. I really like that store. !! ??❤️❤️

Never was greeted by the cashier. She didn’t say one word to me but asked “you need a bag?”. They need better customer service. The register is the most important place to make a customer feel like they should come back. Never got her name but she was a white young lady with blonde hair. BUYERS BEWARE.
