Used to be a great store. Since ownership changed two years ago it has really gone downhill. Never stocked and all the knowledgeable employees no longer work there. Ownership is to blame. Too bad.

Had phone battery replacement and they had OEM battery as well as being a certified Samsung Service Center so I chose them.

Very friendly over the phone, but I’m annoyed that they said they would hold the key fob for 24 hours and they didn’t even hold it. It wasn’t even 24 hours of a hold. I wasted time and had to drive to a different location to get my key cut and made.

Very helpful staff that are employed by Batteries Plus stores. I have visited multiple stores, each employee is respectful and truly concerned about your needs. Batteries Plus is hiring very good employees that are qualified to assist a customer and that is not seen in many other stores these days. Batteries Plus has placed a high priority on Customer service in multiple stores.. Thank you for your help in all the stores I have visited and/or called for information that I needed. It sometimes took a while for the phone to be answered, but it was worth the wait. The stores are not overly staffed so there can be a wait at peek times, but it is worth the wait to have a knowledgeable employee assist you when you need one!

We went to this store today to purchase a battery. A customer arrived right before us and was being helped with an issue with his battery. The employee needed some time to figure out what was wrong, which is totally understandable. Another employee came from the back and said the other employee helping the customer would be with us. While waiting for 10 minutes, the employee helping the customer never acknowledged us or just even stated that he would be with us shortly. After no acknowledgement, I asked the man in the back if there was anyone who could help us just check out. He put his hands up in defeat and said there was nothing he could do. We left and purchased the battery on Amazon.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE at the store where I was provided help getting a new battery for an old IPHONE (8) and the customer service was outstanding and efficient! PLUS they offered to help me with my car key battery and chip so I'm going back for that! A double win!
