A few months ago, I went in to purchase a vehicle and already had a pre-approval with Capital One. I showed the salesman my pre-approval letter and code, but he claimed it wasn’t accurate and said I wasn’t approved at all. Because of that, I ended up submitting a new application—just so they could put me with a different lender that had a higher interest rate.
Dealers sometimes do this because they get incentives or perks from their preferred lenders. The more deals they send to that bank, the more the dealer gets paid.
I just wanted to point this out: if you plan on financing a vehicle with them, be careful. Make sure they actually prove to you that you aren’t qualified for a certain bank or interest rate. It seems they may be trying to push people into higher rates for their own benefit.

I have purchased vehicles from all over and this was my best experience I've ever had. The Truck was everything I was expecting and more. The sales staff was nice, respectful and full of knowledge. This will not be my last purchase with them!

I live in Amarillo Texas my husband and I find a truck on this particular website we fall in love with it I call and start doing business very legitimate customer service Steve Reyes I will always thank you for your fast responses and making the business of buying a new car very easy even though with my working schedule I will for ever be greatful for such a great customer service that you provided to us and for shipping the truck very fast... I definitely recommend doing business with this company we bought our truck with out any tests drive or nothing, but is in very good condition they do care for a great customer experience and is just what we experience, again... thank you thank you sooo much

I’ll start off by saying Steve was great and everyone there was very friendly. I’d give 3.5 if I could and 5 if what I’m about to explain didn’t happen. My father and I drove from Minnesota to buy an f-150 that I’d been working with Steve with to purchase. We drove off with the truck and strolled around town for about 2 hours until we were about 1 minute away from our hotel I heard a scraping sound coming from my front left wheel. I got out and saw my front left brake caliper was hanging off and holding on only on by 1 bolt. I then drove it back about 15 minutes to their dealer to have it put back on correctly. Their excuse was that their main mechanic was gone which I understand so they had a backup of some sort put the brakes on. That part is inexcusable as brakes calipers are pretty hard to mess up on. They didn’t bother to put different pads on so even after putting in back on for me, there was still debris on the pads from driving with the caliper off so here I am 2 months later paying for a whole new rotor for my fronts after my front left was scored all the way down. I asked for reimbursement due to the lack of care for their mistake and they could not do it. They had reimbursed me for the broken back up camera but this was just poor service for this circumstance. Again I appreciate Steve and the guys there. But I’d recommend they find some mechanics who know what they’re doing. I didn’t have my tools on me unfortunately otherwise I would’ve done it myself.
I should add this was close to a $900 fix due to needing not just a new rotor and pads but also a new caliper. Again if they had just reimbursed me for their mistake I’d give them 5 stars. Very poor business on their side.

Craig Morris made my car buying experience so easy over at BBC Motorsports! He was knowledgeable , transparent and wasn’t pushy at all. I drove from out of town to pick up my new truck and he made sure to have all the paperwork ready, making the buying process so fast! While other dealerships, I have found myself there for multiple hours, but not at BBC Motorsports! I would highly recommend working with the BBC team .

Randall was amazing! We spoke to him on the phone first and then went in for a test drive. The financial man & Randall are one of the nicest people with the best customer service I’ve ever met. We purchased a 2019 Expedition Limited from here and will definitely come back for future purchases. I love it!!!

These guys are fantastic. Just bought a Ford Expedition all the way from Arizona without ever physically going to Dallas. I had to put my trust into Craig, and he delivered big-time. Also had a great experience with Bryant in Finance. They were both extremely professional and never pushy. I would recommend them to anyone else 100%.
