Went into cash a truist check I received from one of their customers. Was told it would be a 20 that's right a twenty day wait and then I was told that my ID that I vote in elections with was not acceptable per their guidelines. Very troubling.

Hi - I could have never imagined how terrible a company could be.Will someone from leadership please call me and fix the many issues I am having? My situation with Truist has become so bad, I’m literally asking for help on a Google review.I have been working with two agents that refuse to put me in touch someone that can actually work to fix the problems Truist created for me. One has stopped calling/emailing me back. And the other agent is skirting around my main issues and won’t hold internal Truist employees accountable.Quick story -This bank bought my mortgage. I live in California and they don’t have any branches in the western half of the country. Why they are buying mortgages in regions they don’t service is beyond me.They made me fly from California to Texas to wire money. They sent me a $25 cash card when I asked for them to refund my flight.This bank has a faulty website that doesn’t show what I owe them properly or allows me to make payments properly. This is severe negligence when a bank chooses to service loans in regions they don’t have a physical presence in and don’t maintain a working website.The customer service call center is a complete joke. Every agent tells you something completely different when you ask the exact same question.I’m currently submitting a payment and having to email an agent to have them post the payment properly. I guess I’ll be doing this for the next 28 years?This has to be the most regressive bank in existence. I don’t feel comfortable with this company being anywhere near my money. Especially when they are in the power of a debt servicer.

This bank needs to update their hours on Google. I came on a Friday because Google says you close at 6pm when you actually close at 5pm. Please update.

horrible serves, I applied for a car loan in advance, they approved me. Then when I went to them with the paper work from the dealer, and took two days to respond. Leaving me In the dark. Then requested I need a co-signer, very unprofessional. Not knowing that, I had to rush around asking family member if they would co-sign. Something that could been complete avoided. BBT is well known for these unprofessional acts.

This is the worst Bank as an institution. The customer service (Derek & Kim) are fine but the corporate customer service is awful. I applied for a loan and after a month of getting the run around and assurances that I qualified the person I was dealing with was fired and the the new loan officer wanted no part of me. They nickel and dime you to death with fees. Their online portal sucks. In order to setup auto payment for their credit card you have to fill out a form...in the branch...with actual pen and paper. I had a lot of cash moving through my account as I'm in real estate so a lot of vendors cash checks to pay their guys and their fraud dept sent me a letter canceling all my accounts without even having a conversation with me about it. Gave me 2 days to find a new bank. 2 DAYS!!!

This BB&T bank is very accessible. I like the 24hr ATM's (there are two) located side by side inside the bank building. Only draw back is there is no drive thru. The bank lady greeted me with a genuine smile that forced me to smile back (Lol) even though I still didn't have my morning 🵠coffee yet 😣

I opened an account with this bank on line. I put money in the account it TAKES 2 WEEKS before you receive a debit card. ONE agent will say ONE thing and the other will say another. THERE is not enough agents in the bank. THERE are extended waits. It took me an hour to see a banker who could not help me.
