They did close the door at 4:24pm and and they will not help anyone for any reason after 4 , I wouldn’t recommend this location at all unprofessional.

Do not trust this bank
They are vary bad
Your money NOT securd They are not professional they let your money gone by scammers
Even you request stop transactions
They are very poor on commination they are NOT FAST responding
If you have money on this bank you'll be loseer one day

Do I sue this bank or what do I do? I deposited a check on Sunday last week through the atm. The machine crushed in the middle of my deposit. $100 cleared from the check so I thought all was good. Days later the pending amount wasn’t appearing on my account so I reached out because I needed the money to pay bills. My landlord is threatening to throw me out. I reached out to the bank, and spoke with a lady called Yolanda. She told me they would pull out the check on Friday and work on it. I told her my landlady is about to kick me out, I need the money. She said they will help. And that she would call me. I waited till 3pm. I called and she told me they are working on it. And she would call me before the end of the day. And she doesn’t. And I check only to find out they are closed on Saturday. That means I have to wait till Monday to call them and ask about what happened.
Besides that when I came to open the account, Truist manager in the DeSoto branch told me they would give me money for opening the account with them. They said this money would clear after 90 days of having the account with them and when I called to follow up, the hang up the phone and to this day I didn’t get that promotional money they promised me. Like what the heck?
I was supposed to pay my rent and get my car that was towed due to a crash. All this delay means I am going to pay for each day that passed by without me picking up my car. And my landlord is charging me late fees for each day that I didn’t pay.
I am suing you guys. It’s not for the money but just so you don’t do this to anyone else.

Mcdonald customer service is much better than this Truist location, Cameron Wooter ( bank teller ) threw the cards back at me instead of place them on counter, this young man was not nice at all during conversation, really reflects Truist's reputation.

I visited this branch with a client to conduct a business transaction. I asked to use the restroom and was denied repeatedly. This was very disappointing for myself and my client. They need to rethink their customer service strategy.

I came to trust bank for the first time with my friend to open a new account and reached around 3:50 pm today. She asked us to wait for a minute and we stayed till 4:50 PM and no one served us. We wasted our time, it's not fair ?.

Hour online say open until 6pm. That was a lie. Got here at 5:30 and it was closed. Drove 20 min in the middle of rush hour. So. Frustrating.

My wife wasn’t allowed to access important documents in her box, because the lobby is closed. Worse, they don’t know when she can. The lady’s attitude was bad.

Worst branch and representation of the Truist brand.. every time I come into or call this branch there’s a change in procedures or services available. The attitude of the employees is always off also
