I rarely go inside the bank (I’m an atm girl) but they got a new atm and I was a bit confused how to insert my cash. I ended up going inside and the lovely lady Khwana (I’m so sorry if I got that wrong) was the perfect representation of customer service. She got up from behind the glass, walked outside with me, and walked me through the new atm. Chatted with me for a second then wished me back. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve had in a long time ANYWHERE.

Only leaving a review because this ATM never works. This location is so convenient to my schedule but it never works ! Pllleaaasssseee service the ATM!! Update your software and or get a new one!!

This bank is a small structure of a bank but the customer service is
A-1 ? !! and if you need Spanish speaking assistance no problem!!
If there is something that keeps this bank from getting a perfect 100 is that there is no drive thru banking the ATM is in front that is walk-up and finding parking can sometimes be a hassle ( be sure to put in some change in your parking meter !! if it's before 5:00 p.m ) there is parking in the back to enter thru the back entrance. And besides the friendly bankers make up for the small issues.

The only male teller there, either did not understand or could not hear me. I had to repeat everything and it took him too long to process the payment.

Had a transaction that required going in. ZERO staff had masks on, despite current local county requirements. Teller told me they were out of cashier’s checks. Will NOT be back here.Went to location on Illinois. MUCH better, all staff with masks and all but one customer had one on. Teller was efficient and helpful.

If you need a bank, look further. The only customer service here is what they advertise while you are on hold waiting. I could spend the day listing all of the problems I have had with Compass, but you can avoid the same experience by using a different bank.

Worse bank I have ever dealt with! They take forever to complete investigations for unauthorized transactions . Their atm took my deposit and I had to wait forever and argue with them to get my money released they also keep charging me overdraft fees for stuff that wasn’t approved and when I dispute it and they credit my account I still owe the overdraft charge they have also charged me an extra overdraft for being overdrawn 4 days which I never heard of ... the overdraft was due to unauthorized activity and I still am being held accountable I wouldn’t touch this bank with a ten foot pole stay away

They charge 10 dollars to cash a check in your name, bbv compass themselves. If I had gone to an Exchange Center, they would have charged me 7 dollars and I wouldn't have to go looking for the bank.
Previously at flower mount I cashed a check for themselves and they didn't charge me??
