Came in to tap at the ATM to get $20 cash. Neither ATM would take my tap so I came in, let them know I didn’t have my ID on hand and that I just needed a quick cash withdrawal. They basically turned me away until I offered to disclose identifying information to prove my identity. They wanted to know all of my info- name, birthday, address, social, phone number, most recent transaction today and also if I used my card yesterday. I also offered to recite my DL# which is memorized and I also offered a photo of my ID. They then proceeded to send a verification code to the number on file which I provided and was verified. They even implied that I should show them my DMV Appointment paperwork to PROVE that I was getting my license in November! I’m so insulted that I immediately called another bank and opened a checking account elsewhere and I’ll be discontinuing business with PNC all together because of this experience. Very poor treatment and insulting all because I stopped by in my pajamas to withdraw cash from the ATM. I’m disgusted.

I just cannot say enough about the professionalism, knowledge, and great customer service from Dell. He is an icon of The Casa Linda Branch. He’s been helping me for at least 30 years!

In my view every associate I have delt with other than one have been very professional and really went out of their way to be of service. I would give five stars if the one person didn't disappoint. Four and and a half stars.

Today, I was trying to help my cousin open a short term CD, as her Durable POA. Although I’m listed as the POA on both her checking and savings accounts (and opened both), banker was unable to find the instructions to allow me to open a CD. Whoever attached and processed my POA dropped the ball, didn’t attach the instructions, resulting in a waste of my time, a lack of my future confidence, incompetencies, and what will be a large financial withdrawal from my cousins accounts. Having Frost Bank across the street and their superior service does not bode well for the longevity of this PNC branch.

I recently had to close an account at this branch, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the process very easy. They answered all my questions thoroughly. Even though I was closing an account, I never felt pressured to stay with their bank. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great banking experience.

I would give less if I could. Their employees mess up and are not held accountable. But they seem to want the customers held accountable for the employees screw up.

Thomas V. from this branch was incredibly helpful in helping me with some account issues - he had such a pleasant attitude and was so genuine in wanting to help me out. I was interacting with him in a phone call, and he even called me back (with no request from me) after some account processing just to assure me that everything was set. Appreciate you Thomas!

Incredibly pushy with their credit cards. I clearly stated FOUR times that I was not interested to the manger. Afterwards, another staff member said “I’m not going to push credit cards…” then continued to push it. After I clearly stated not being interested. Their priorities are clear. I’m glad I am done with what I needed. I will not return to this branch.

In the middle of a HELOC going on week 5 and they’re still fiddling around with the appraisal. I owe $199k, ESTIMATED my property at $390k for application purposes and their appraisal came back at $466k. The underwriter told me I’m padding the value and ordered a full inspection inside and out of my property. I could see if the appraisal came in under but it was $76k over with a 43% CLTV and I'm still being hassled. UNBELIEVABLE

I've walked in probably 6 or 7 times in the last year and either they can't help me or no one is available to help me. The BBVA branch on Mockingbird was far superior and it's too bad that great staff lost their branch to this one.

BBVA sucks so bad I'll try to do a deposit today they apparently sold a bunch of locations all the ones close to my office to PNC without letting any of their customers know I went to five locations without being able to make a deposit I'll be closing the council switch it to someone else
