I like BBVA and the services that they provide but this branch is THE WORST AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a business professional with many years of cust service experience and I'd really like to know where these employees are trained. I've read the reviews and have been given misinformation, promised call backs that were never done, etc. I started out using the oak lawn branch but Lakewood is closer to my home. Complete difference of night and day. Will not be using the Lakewood branch again. Will gladly drive the distance to Oak Lawn.

they dont care about theyre customers! They are nothing but ripoffs! LOOK OUT FOR THEM NSF CHARGES..i got proof they sneak charges in... i swear i will submit a review a day until i cant no more. I wilk make it a priority. Please folks dont make the mistake getting an account with this institution its not worth the risk and time.

Use the ATM's here at your own risk!! I tried to deposit 5 $100 bills and the ATM spit 4 of them back out (crisp bills, not stuck together) and it swallowed the other one telling me it had "retained" it. I went inside and was told it could take up to 10 days to get my money credited because a "third party vendor" has to check it out? This is outrageous and needs to change. The ATM's have repeatedly given me smaller issues with slowness technical problems and now I get to wait until the bank gets around to solving it? I was depositing the cash to pay BILLS. I needed immediate access ro my own money. I would reccomend depositing through the teller.
