Horrible customer service, every time you step in you get greeted by Edith who knows nothing and is rude. Makes you sit and then go gather info, I had to sit for twenty minutes and after that I found out she has understood nothing about my credit card situation, I requested some statements

Was trying to deposit $146 in cash at this branch. ATM outside branch ate my $4 in cash I was trying to deposit. PNC 1-800 number gave me credit for $4 next day. Also had conversation with branch manager Adriana next day and she stated I could come inside the branch and deposit the remaining $142 cash inside. Went to bank but branch no longer has window to make cash deposits. Del informed me all cash deposits had to be made in the ATM. Adriana did not tell me this on the phone. I asked to speak with her. She was in the back room. When she came out I questioned her about why she did not tell me this when I was on the phone with her. She was rude to me and said she would not discuss it and that she was with another customer and if I wanted to talk to her I would have to wait. I asked Del if he would have her manager call me back. I also sent Adriana an Email requesting her manager call me. As of right now I still have not gotten any response. I am very disappointed with PNC and have decided to move my money elsewhere.

Had a conversation about a an account issue I encountered when I transferred from BBVA to PNC. Went to the branch to discuss it. Del was nice and tried to help me out. Adriena denied there were any issues with the change over. Talked down to me for "mismanaging my accounts". I do some research when I get home and find that PLENTY of other consumer have had similar issues. I will now file with the Office of the Comptroller and Consumer Financial Protection unless this is corrected.PNC's responsibility is to hold my funds. I didn't ask for unsolicited business management advice.

This branch is hit or miss. Most of the time its a hit and every once in a while it is not. Overall I really like this bank and all of the options.

Worst possible customer service EVER!!! Other PNC locations were cool.
