Your drive through is pathetic. It's is entirely to slow. No greeting to let the customer know that they even got your transaction information.Not sure if your aware but you are in a horrible area to have your customers waiting that long. Daaaang do better. Drive thru ( no ATM )

Brought in a check to cash, and they tried to tell me the signature didn't match. My grandmother has the most perfect signature I have ever seen, so I'm not sure what they were talking about and why they tried to refuse to cash it. Not only that, this woman is on her literal death bed, and they had to call her to verify. I had all the documents necessary, so I'm not sure what exactly the problem was. Then, after that whole debacle, the attendant forgot to take the fee out. I WAS HONEST! She was so rude and handed me over $2,000 with no envelope. I will NEVER return to this location again. Can't wait for my grandmother to no longer hold her money there.

If I could do no stars I would, the employee I had I believe was Carlos, he was so unprofessional had me waiting forever just to cash my check. Made me very uncomfortable will not be going to this location due to this rude employee!

OVER 30 MINUTES IN THE ONE DRIVE THRU LANE IN A CAR WITH NO A.C.!! FIX THE OTHER LANE ASAP OR START HELPING THOSE IN LINE PERSONALLY WITH"CURB SIDE SERVICE" LIKE MOST ALL BUSINESSES ARE MOW DOING!!!

i only put one star bc google made me.... VERY poor customer service. soon as I walked in FERMIN reported me for fraud. I have banked with BBVA COMPASS for years. I went to the bank to make a with drawl and they made it the worst experience ever. FERMIN let a lady skip me in the line, never apologized, then treated me as if I was a thief. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. i recommend the location: 4201 Oak Lawn Ave, Dallas, TX 75219
